in the workplace. This is the term which in turns, assist in promoting productivity in the
workplace so that the teams can easily bring out the best of everyone. Emotional intelligence
refers to the capacity level of the individual in understanding their own and others emotion.
Cultural intelligence is the one which relates capabilities to work across the diverse culture
effectively. And the concept of diversity refers to the state of being different. All these factors
have their own significant importance in the business organisation as these enable the business in
understanding the emotions, cultures of the employees working within the association. In this
assignment the chosen association is Red Rooster which is an Australian based company deals in
the business of fast food restaurant chains. The company was founded 47 years ago in the year of
1972(Van Dyne, Ang and Tan, 2016). This reports also covers the study about the culture that
the company Red Rooster is following and the diversity of the culture presence within the
business. Along with it, It also focuses on the impact of the cultural diversity and how it can be
managed in the business is also studied.

purpose behind choosing this company is that the company operates their operation with the
helps of the employees belonging to the diverse culture and work well with their own emotions.
Cultural diversity is the term which refers to as the differences among the individuals on the part
of their languages, caste, age, sex, ethnic background and traditions. Cultural diversity in the
business and workplace is when the companies are more tend to select the candidates of different
backgrounds without considering the racisms, religion and their culture from they are coming.
