Description: Discuss how the Lord has shown mercy to all men from the creation of Adam to the
present day by offering them "redemption," teaching them "moral truths," and establishing "just
societies" throughout the world. Answer all or some of the following questions to guide this
discussion:
- From The Creation and The Fall up until now, how have people sought and claimed
Redemption?
From the start of the world, preachers have guided the world population to avoid doing sin and to
bow in front of spiritual forces in the world. People can seek and claim redemption through
Christ and by following his preaching. Christ redemption provides freedom from guilt, sin and
being justified freely. Everyone has to pay the price of redemption even Jesus did so.
- In what ways are people in our culture/civilization seeking or not seeking Redemption?
People in our culture need recovery for the quintessence of all Christian needs. The people can
find redemption through forgiveness, by which one can offer unconditional forgiveness to
oneself and others and thereby achieve the peace of mind from the pain and deprivation caused
during the life journey. The journey is recurring, and pain repeats itself in different manners, but
unconditional forgiveness detaches from the feeling of getting pained.

- What role has Moral Revelation or Truths played in helping individuals and civilizations come
closer to the Lord? Also, how have such revelations prepared cultures to accept the Gospel in
these latter days?
Truth has made us feel safe and secured with our acts. Morality in our action makes us confident
that we have not done anything that is a sin and makes us closer to the God. It makes us feel at
peace with inner self. The truth is hard to accept, but when accepted it turns out to be gold in
mud. People gets into fraudulent acts because of some attachments that create bias, but
redemption detaches the person from the intermingled world and accepts what truth is.
- In what ways have Moral Truths influenced your current culture or civilization? Are these
moral truths holding up, or are they slowly eroding?
In my feelings, people are not any more of the truth and moral responsibilities. People just want
to keep their ambitions and want to achieve them at any cost. These goals have created a rat race
where everyone wants to win. These things degrade the moral truth as people who wants to get
faster successes never bother about truth and moral responsibilities.
- Throughout history, in what ways have men sought a Just Society, and how have their efforts
blessed the lives of mankind?
People seek the justified society by treating all human equally. The equal treatment creates an
environment of harmony where people doesn’t get the pain of being discriminated. This

discrimination is the reason for unjustified acts in the world, and they cause heinous criminal
situations of extreme grief and moral killings.
- Do you think your culture/civilization is promoting or destroying a Just Society?
Yes, there is a continuous threat to the justified society creating the biases between white and
blacks, caste and creeds. The biases also exist regarding genders. These preferences are
developed by the societies and civilization and have been enhanced with the time passed.
In the last paragraph, talk about the temple pattern and the kind of journey that people need to
take to get back to the presence of God (Plan of Salvation). This may include the three phases of
the Monomyth (Departure, Initiation, & Return).
Plan of salvation starts when you think about heaven after death. People think differently when it
comes to death. The departure is the phase where hero separates from normal world and starts
the period of initiation where it faces various trials and gets daring. After initiation, they face
return, where the hero is cleansed and triumph to receive recognition.
