Equality is all about assuring everyone has the equal opportunity to be treated equally due to
their characteristics. Diversity is concerned with the differences between people and groups.
Managing the diversity at workplace is helpful in enhancing innovation and also opens up new
talent (Ashe and Nazroo, 2017). Reebok is American footwear and apparel organisation
established in Bolton since 1958. In mention project will mentioned regarding the project
management plan by considered different aspects such as cost, quality, time, communication and
others. For collection of information and data, different methods of research will be discussed.

with the perspective of the researcher, the current investigation would definitely help them out in
enhancing their knowledge and also contribute in conducting more effective research in the near
future.
Time: To conduct this research, investigator would be requiring adequate amount of time
so that they can easily accomplishing predefined goals and objectives in quicker manner. For
conducting this investigation, the researcher would definitely require around 10 months with the
motive of acquiring required research aim in rightful manner.
Quality: While conducting this investigation the major concern of the investigator is to
conduct investigation in such a manner so that they do not faces any kind of issues related to the
quality. All atmosphere circumstances must be defined, information needed collected and quality
of all information gathered produced by each researcher. It ends up helping businesses with a

experience related to the same project, it can be said that I faced many issues but, overall
common outcome of the experience was that I have learnt lots of things which have developed
me as the person and also supported me to improvise as a person as well as researcher. Some of
the important skills which have been learnt by me are communication, team working skills,
analytical skills, presentation skills, problem solving and many others. In addition to this, the
main limitation associated with this investigation was sufficient resources, minimum funds, time
etc. needed things. But the overall efforts placed by me for conducting this investigation have
supported me a lot in accomplishing objectives in effective manner.
CONCLUSION
From the overall information specified in the above project, this concluded that the
equality and diversity are one of the effective form of practices which simply helps business
organisation in accomplishing their project aim and objectives in quicker manner as simply
promotes equality at workplace and also takes strict action towards the discrimination which
