Introduction
The customers are moving toward the use of the summer shoes those can deliver them more
comfort during running and jogging. The organization, Reebok Shoes wants to present and
market the new summer shoe product during London Fashion Week to attract the customers
and achieve the profitability. The presented project report will discuss the goals and
objectives along with planning for the project including the cost, time, resources, risks and
capabilities. Also, the work breakdown structure and Gantt chart will be discussed for the
organization. Later, the primary and secondary research is processed with the use of the
literature review and questionnaire. Also, the performance and quality of the project will be
discussed after the data analysis and recommendations.
