CONCLUSION
From the above report it is concluded that Reethi Restaurant is bringing change in their
training programs for reducing the work pressure and is expanding their business in UK In the
same product line. But these changes have some negative impact as the employees can resist
changes and this will affect the performance of employees and eventually affect the productivity
of the business. This impact can be reduced by engaging employees in decision making and let
them share their opinions and the restaurant should focus on creating a culture of learning for the
employees so they are updated about the changes.
and change is not accepted by the employees easily.
While improving the current practices, there is implementation of new technology which
is a bit tedious process. Technological advancement acts as a barrier as it involves
expenditure and investment. Many time the mangers cannot communicate in a precise manner what they intend their
employees to perform. This acts as a communication barrier leading to deviation in the
expected service level and the actual service level.
In case of Expansion:-
If there is lack any proper planning, then the intended plan cannot be implemented
correctly and this can lead to failure of business entirely.
Many time the BOD and Managers do not agree mutually regarding the location or the
extent of expansion and this is a major barrier towards implementing expansion.
Communication barriers act as a problem in this case as well because when mangers
cannot clearly convey to their seniors about what they intend to do, then BOD might not
approve of the idea. Sam in the case with investors and financiers who are potential
investors in the project(Lee, Herold. and Yu,2016).
Therefore it is extremely necessary to identify the potential barriers before hand and develop
appropriate strategies to remove them.
