Answer i.
After reviewing the Scripture passage, I have understood that the workplace must be like
heaven, where diverse group of people can work together. The reading helps in understanding
the message the Bible bestows on us. In order to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of a
firm, the concerned organizations should make their workplace like heaven (Wilson, 2017). I
have also learned that the discrimination should be reduced in the workplace to enhance the work
environment. I have also learned that people should have faith over god to live an eternal life.
The reading also helped me to understand that there should not be any differences between male
and female and to treat everybody equally.
Answer ii.
From the reading, I have discovered the fact that the human resource management of an
organization sometimes creates discrimination in terms of race, religion, color, gender, and
nationality. After reviewing the article, it is understood that various unethical and illegal
activities can occur among the executives, leaders and team management of the company
(Wilson, 2017). This creates discrimination among the employees of the firm. Proper strategy
should be applied by the management team to reduce the issue of discrimination within the
workplace.
Answer iii.
It is important to reduce discrimination among the employees in the workplace, because it
creates a barrier among the individual staff members of the firm to collaborate regarding the
work processes. In order to improve the performance of the particular company, it is necessary
for the human resource management to reduce this issue (Atance, Louw & Clayton, 2015). Due
to discrimination, most of the employees do not give their full effort in their work as a result
their performance level gets reduced. Hence, it can affect the company’s business operations and
can generated great impact on their market share. Thus, it is essential to reduce the
discrimination issue, as it will enable a firm to develop heaven like environment in the
workplace.

Answer iv.
After reading the passage, I have gained immense knowledge regarding reducing
discrimination at place of work. Practically, I can use this experience to influence my teammates
within the workplace which will finally enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the firm. In
other words, proper knowledge and training will help me and my teammates to reduce
discrimination among us. By reading holy books like the Bible, I can increase my faith and trust
towards god to live an eternal life in future. Besides this, I will suggest my colleagues to read
various holy books, as it will help them to maintain a heaven type environment in the workplace.
