REFLECTION REPORT
It can be analysed that working in a group is often very challenging for each members.
But an individual can learn work well with others which is essential for anyone who were plan
to develop group presentation. The report topic is delivery innovation where group members are
develop innovative and unique app or website where people sort the food as per the allergies
after that people will lead towards different options. With the help of this website or app, an
individual can easily analyse their choice food item and this will provide information of shops
nearby the home. As per my experience, I feel very excited while doing this innovation because
this will assist me in gaining new knowledge and learning. There are various issues which faced
by me while completing this innovative activity and task within group. Such as collection of
required data and information, analyse whole market place, evaluate customers needs and wants
and so more. It is difficult for me is to gather right data and information for developing this app
or website. Furthermore, working within a group is complex because each member have
different views and opinions and this was create issue or problems for them. Along with this, it is
required for me is to focus on innovative idea which attract large number of people towards this
app. According to my experience, I face various problems and issue at the time of work together
in a team for creating new and unique type of app or website which help most of the people.
Apart from this, I came to realise that I learn more effectively when I work in a group
with different type of people. While working within a group, each member has some role or
responsibility to perform task for developing this innovative business idea. In this, one member
has perform effective role for gathering and collecting accurate information regarding how to

mine is to guide each and every team members and satisfy their requirement in better manner.
For me, it is challenging to work within large group of members who have different thinking and
