INTRODUCTION
There is key role of learning in the life of students. Each and every person that their own
experience and they are able to learn from them (Read, 2021). In reflective learning students
reflects on their learning experience and know about their own strengths and weakness. The
learning of the students helps them is future while doing job. This report is based on the
learnings at the time of studies and their role in personal development.
MAIN BODY
Reflection
A student must be aware about the skills, capabilities and knowledge that are required to
carry on the work assigned to them. Academic skills are developed by the students and are
important for them to get a good job (Dalziel, 2019). There are certain activities that are
undertaken by the students at the time of studies and they help them to get employment ready.
The learning from week 1 to week 5 are important part of this report. These skills enhance the
ease at the time of working and attain better results. The feedback from the teacher after every
activity is important for the students and let them perform effectively. There is requirement of
managing the work in best possible manner and knowing own strengths and weakness.
Kolb Model of reflection
This model is called experimental learning as the students are able to learn from their
own experience that is analysed in different stages. The students must be attentive at each and
every stage so that they are able to learn effectively (Morris, 2020). All the activities must be
undergone effectively so that the process of learning takes place. It becomes important for the
students to know about all the skills that will help them to gain advantage in future. The various
stages of model are mentioned below:
Concrete experience: At the starting of this module, I was motivated and enthusiastic to
learn. I want to know more about business and this module covered all the important aspects.
The teacher in the starting told that various examples will be used to teach and I like practical
learning. There is key role of learning with dedication so that effective results can be attained. I
used team working skills and told my friends that we will learn together. We participated in the
classroom and the interaction helps to learn in effective manner. I was positive in the starting of
this module and was ready to learn all the new points that will help me to get a good job.

Reflective Observation: In every week, teacher came up with new activities to make the
students learn. We were given different topics and we have to present our views on the same
with examples. This helps me to use my communication skills and presentation skills to speak on
the topic. By hearing others and their examples my listening skills also enhanced. I was able to
get more knowledge regarding the topics. The sessions were interesting that helps me to learn
properly (Loo and Sairattanain, 2021). The project was given that need use of Microsoft word
and power point. There I understood that ICT skills play a major role. There is need of having
good knowledge of basic software’s as they help to manage the work. The assessments were
carried on time in order to get good grades. There is key role of time management skills as this is
necessary to submit the work on right time. There is need of understanding all the aspects in the
class and revise the same on daily basis so that they are retained in mind. The group projects help
in working with other and carrying the work in best suitable manner. By having effective
coordination and cooperation the work in teams can be managed properly. There is need of
working as per the need of classroom and attaining better results.
Abstract conceptualisation: At the time of group projects there are more chances of
conflicts. This happened with my team as well and in the first meeting of group assessments the
conflict took place. No one was ready to take the topics and then we end up doing nothing on
that day. I analysed that there is need of problem solving skill that helps to come out of the
situation. The problem was solved by giving the tasks as per the strengths of the students. It is
better to have a team leader who can manage the work effectively. Along with that there are
seminars and activities that require numeracy skills. These skills are required to carry on
practical part. By practicing and taking help of seniors the skill can be enhanced. It is seen that
every students requires good decision making skills. The choice is given many times and the
students must have ability to choose among the options.
The use of ICT skills is enhancing in today’s time as it is required to carry on the work in
best suitable manner. There is need of learning the use of IT skill so that better results are
attained (Ono and Ichii, 2019). I am able to understand the by taking training and online classes I
will be able to carry on the work effectively. This will help me to get a good and carry on all the
work assigned to me.
Active experimentation: I have learnt a lot through this module. This has added to me knowledge
and skills. I will use all these skills in future while doing job. I want to get a job in reputed

company and will be able to clear the interview round by having good and effective
communication skills. It becomes necessary to carry on the work in such a manner that there is
relation with the higher authority. It becomes necessary to keep track on all the activities and
carry on the work on right time. There is need of carrying the work in such a manner that best
results are attained. By managing the work on right time the person is able to carry on the job
effectively. There is need of managing the work with the use of best resources. All the topics
taught in the classroom are important for the students and help the to get a good job. The use of
ICT skills is necessary for the students and they are able to perform effectively. There is need of
managing the tasks assigned and carrying them in right time. There is need of managing the
work in best suitable manner so that there is problem faced in job.
Action Plan
I want to develop all these skills that are weak and action plan will help me to enhance
these skills. Actions plan can be defined as a document that shows the skills and their importance
as well as SMART objectives are also shown that will help the ways to enhance those skills
(Ibrahim and Et. Al., 2022).

CONCLUSION
From the above report, it is concluded that there is need of learning in effective manner. It is
important to manage the work and learn from own experience. The use of Kolb model is done to
write the reflection and learnings from the same. Action plan is formulated in the end so that all
the skills can be developed in right time.
