INTRODUCTION
The principle of care is referring as the term which help to elaborate about the way that
related with health, social care and early provider which is also helpful in order to behave
towards the individual in the term of care. Moreover, the care worker and social care worker
should threat an individual in the way that they used to treated and they also work in their best
possible way that help the individual. This report cover reflection that related with the principle
of care which help and influence the health and social care. The experience that impact personal
development and insight (Boudou, 2021).
MAIN BODY
I used to learn about principle of care which is responsible for the person centred care which
is related with the various ethical principle. In addition, the principle of care usually focusses on
the choice, dignity, independence, partnership, privacy, respect, right, safety, equality and
inclusion and maintaining of confidentiality which is related with the patient and sometime with
the individual who used to take service from the health and social care sector such hospital, care
homes and many more (Huawen, 2019). The principle of care used to develop various positive
factor in me when I serve the patient within health and social care. It provides me proper way
and aspect to communicate and interact with the individual which is related with any
complexities or deal with any factor which may arise in the sudden way. There are number of
patient who used to take admission in the health and social care sector every day with their
complexities which may be related with the health issue. the principle of care always create
dedication to work within them and provide proper support and care in order to maintain quality
of health. The ethical principle and values is also indirectly linked with the principle of care
where they state the respect and maintaining of dignity of the patient is essential requirement and
personal and ethical value also focus on the such aspect which is do not harm the other belief and
respect in the intentional way (Chiper, 2018).
The principle of care is used to focus on the different parameter which provide good
approach within the context of health and social care. In addition to this, they usually influence
the personal and ethical context when they are taking to the relationship with health and social
care. They formulate proper adequate and attribute towards the patient who used to require
proper attention with respect to support and care. Moreover, there are number of approach which

may focus on the different aspect that include proper ethical and moral behaviour within the
health and social that influence to positive attitude and good attribute with reference to patient.
They also provide thinking which is useful for the health and social care sector for completing
their role and responsibilities in such a way which is beneficial for the patient or individual for
taking of service which is observed by me (Gilster, Boltz and Dalessandro, 2018).
Moreover, such experience which is based on the principle of care is helpful for me to
develop such contextual factor which is related with the role and responsibilities and performing
task that is productive for the patient compliance. Therefore, the principle of care helps me to
generate proper ethical and personal value that provide to respect everyone and help other for
their issue (Wahyuni and et. al., 2018). In addition, it is also developing through the various set
of personal development which may be helpful for me to deal with the arising issue which is
focus on the ethical and personal values and moral. Moreover, it also raises the fact of emotion
when it is acknowledging by someone and they are inserted within me. They also provide
opportunities to communicate and interact with the number of people with the positive approach
and maintain the relationship with love and care. It is applicable with the personal factor in the
development of such attribute which include stay honest and loyal with the patient and other
within the health and social care sector or the outside. It also encourages me and inspire other to
stay with such attitude which is helpful to maintain then privacy, dignity, respect and other
confidentiality (Hahn, 2020).
CONCLUSION
As per the above discussion, it is analysing that the principle of care plays vital role in the
development of ethical and professional value within the health and social care. In addition to
this, they used to focus on the various aspect which may contribute within the personal
development with principle of care that include respect other, maintain privacy and
confidentiality and so on.
