The author discusses how each level contributes to a holistic understanding of behavior, providing examples of biological influences like brain processes and hormones, psychological factors such as inner motivation and feelings, and socio-environmental aspects like culture and social interactions. The reflection further explores the author's personal learning experiences, highlighting how psychological perspectives helped them adapt to university life after traveling. How does level of analysis framework help to understand human behaviour?
I came to know that the level of analysis framework is very important because it is helpful to
understand what influences an individual on three different levels for a holistic approach for
assessing human behaviour. According to the level of analysis framework states that there are
three level of analysis to develop understanding about human behaviour. These are biological
level, psychological level as well as environmental level (social level). I realized that it is very
beneficial to learn about these three levels. In other term, these three levels improve the life of
human being.
Biological level of analysis evaluates how the brain process along with another physically
function control the conduct of human. I understood that at the biological level, different things
are considered such as biochemistry along with hormones. In addition, psychological level is
another level. I studied that psychological level finds the cause of conduct in the internal working
of the character. I also understood that different factors like routine, inner motivation, force, as
well as feelings are taken into consideration on the psychological level. I read that socio
environmental level of analysis evaluates how the cultural or social environmental
knowledge puts impact on the human behaviour. I knew that on social environmental level, the
physically external elements are considered. These external elements are culture, associates, as
well as thinks like objects that can be harmful or helpful for the people.
Thus, I realized that these 3 levels are authoritative for getting knowledge about the behaviour of
human being in the different frameworks. The psychological level puts focus on the insensible
impact on the earlier childhood experience. Additionally, I found that the socio environmental
level is useful in developing knowledge regarding different cultures. I can say that biological

level is very helpful for us to learn about the association between conduct and brain, part of
hormones, genetic study, as well as biochemical elements in behaviour (Passer, Smith and
Norris, 2016).
How does level of analysis framework apply to my experience of learning as well as studying?
I came back to Australia after 9 months of traveling United Kingdom and beginning first year of
university was like a surprise. I did not follow any timetable on daily basis. In reality, the entire
artlessness of not considering schedule was exciting. I felt that it was extremely disheartening
and discouraging for me to follow timetable for the study. Even though, First lecture (sub-part
1.3) ‘psychological perspective as well as understanding human behaviour’ was proved very
helpful for me to realize that I have powers to alter the things according to my feelings. In my
lecture, I read an important example in which the man asked a woman that “how” to have a
nice day. Thus, how was I became excited in relation to the thing I had to ensure every day? I
appeared in every social unit gathering, such as "pass plus got new associate. In this way, I
learned that the people like to have discussion of what we consider about set task. It is helpful to
actualise the concepts that people have.
Further, my first classroom practice was to recognise the things that deter and support us in
education. It is found by me that it is selected field of education. It comes under socio
environmental level of analysis. I am optical individual so the attractive environment is always
useful for me to study and keep data. Thus, I thought to go to library at USW for the regular
study. I used to sit in similar section as it because it makes me realize that what is required to do

on taking entry into the place of learning. I felt that the atmosphere arouses the senses. I realised
that I can make focus while seating in peace. Additionally, the atmosphere of library does not
make me boar there.
Moreover, my body as well as pattern of sleeping was not proper. After coming home, I focused
on evening walk that was mentioned in first lesson (2/3/16). The exercise is natural therapy to
end the stress. It made my sleeping pattern good. I feel refresh because of these new habits.
Furthermore, I have now some strange biological reactions like sweating in cold places. It makes
me to feel nervousness. Thus, I learned that in summers outside, I should wear the dress when
within the house.
