INTRODUCTION
It is essential that individual have right and accurate skills which is necessary for
successfully and effectively conducting required practice. There are various skills that is required
by individual for entering into professional career from their academic field (Andersen., 2019).
Learning is very important part of individual and requires continuous focus in order to increase
learning skills. Knowledge and experience of a person assist individual for clearly defining the
needs or requirements for personal as well as professional growth. This report includes different
learning form the module. Apart form this various approach for future challenges and
expectations of the university courses.
MAIN BODY

It is crucial for a person to focus on their goals and objectives as well as develop different
skills and capabilities to successfully and effectively conduct required. During this module I have
learned different new things and gain knowledge about different aspects which will be beneficial
for my personal and professional goals. It is essential for individual to focus on different
knowledge and experiences as it will lead to have direct impact on successful and effective
performance of a person. As a learner I have determined and identified different skills or
capabilities which I need to enhance as it will have direct impact on my overall performance. I
have analysed that communication skill is very important for individual and it will lead to have
direct impact on overall performance (Lebanon , 2018). Communication skill can be describe
capability of a person to convey message and idea in significant manner. There are different
aspects of communication which needs to be consider by person for successfully and effectively
transferring message form one person to other. Through this module I have understand the
importance or need to communication skills. I have identified that I need to work on various
aspects such as sounds, speech, vocabulary, pitch, body language and many more. Through this
module I have determined the importance of communication skills as well as determined various
aspects which assist me in enhancing my communication capabilities. I am able to develop better
relationship with other co workers and friends through better and effective communication
capabilities. I have understand that there are number of factors which are included in effective

communication process. This consist of sound, speech, vocabulary, body language, pitch as well
as various other aspects. Teachers has guide and provide direction to successfully increase
communication skills( Narter., 2018). I started reading more books and articles I order in
increase my vocabulary. Through these practices I am able to give proper guidance and direction
to individual as well as successfully carry out different activities for increasing communication
practices. Through this module I have developed learning regrading management skills. It is one
of the most important skills that will have direct impact on persona and professional skills.
Explain how you will approach the future challenges and expectations of a university course.
As many challenges can arises in terms of barrier in communication where I have to work
on my basic soft skills and other interpersonal skills which help to face off these challenging
situation in effective way. In other phase I scrutinize my personal abilities on terms of
adaptability, aptitude, language proficiency and attitude or behaviour which must suit to my
university life. The life which commence in university would be different from daily routine life
as where I have being in formal wear, must involve within other people who are actively engage
in university through better interaction, discussion about professional career. All skills are have
different role that improves in student personality, but there is one important skill is better or
effective communication which must be clear and proper manner as it helps to better convey the
message as well as to professionally communicate is essential to better development personality
(Savoie., 2019). The challenges which I have faced and tend to practise in today culture manner
that Stage Fear, Presentation Skills, Stammering, vocabulary that can arises barriers in
communication factor that allows in modified in personality change. I had mainly explore many
other expectation in which I needed to improve my communication skills through counselling,
through experiences and etc.
CONCLUSION
From above reflection report where whole discussion was in surrounding on own experiences
where communication skills is one of factor where it raises more challenges in term of
presentation and better vocabulary and it support to build a professional personality in terms of
university course. The communication is must in University where different challenges can be
overcame through optimise by better learning. Presentation and formal professional
communication helps to learn the major key learning in effective manner.
