This presentation reflects on learning Microsoft and PowerPoint, utilizing a SMART framework to achieve objectives. A personal SWOT analysis identifies strengths in critical thinking and reading, weaknesses in communication, opportunities to improve writing, and threats from procrastination. SMART goals are set to enhance communication skills through group participation and public speaking. The presentation highlights visual learning preferences according to the VARK model and aims to develop kinaesthetic learning. Gibbs' reflective cycle is applied to analyze feelings, evaluate strengths and weaknesses, and conclude with a focus on reading strategies, learning styles, and communication skills for personal and academic growth. The presentation concludes that educational artefacts are crucial for developing problem-solving skills and understanding diverse perspectives.
