INTRODUCTION
In the academic life of an individual, educational artefacts play a major role by
facilitating learning and development. Personal development plan is a key approach which helps
a person to develop key skills and requirements. This project will cover analysis of a case study
on “Poor stress management can impact on well being in addition to health of a student. The
report also covers various means for management of feeling stressful, anxious and nervous.
In the academic life of an individual, educational artefacts play a major role by
facilitating learning and development. Personal development plan is a key approach which helps
a person to develop key skills and requirements. This project will cover analysis of a case study
on “Poor stress management can impact on well being in addition to health of a student. The
report also covers various means for management of feeling stressful, anxious and nervous.

ASSESSMENT 1
REFLECTIVE SUMMARY
The development of learning and knowledge play a significant role in personal and
professional life of a student. I personally believe that it is essential role of a person to focus on
different aspects and dimensions of learning and development to facilitate academic growth. I
consider that learning and development provides key knowledge related to subject matter for
overall growth. In my views, reflection is one of the best ways to check own assessment related
to learning and development. I have practised to write reflection on things I have learned during
my classroom sessions in a precise manner. In order to facilitate and develop self learning, it is
important for me to take assistance of personal development plan. I am having positive
experience related to knowledge development with help and support of key educational
practices. I have also taken help of two major reflection based approaches which are Gibbs
reflective cycle and KOLB's styles of learning.
Development plan
I believe that personal development is a major approach which is helpful in development
of effective skills in the life of an individual. With the help and support of personal development
plan, an individual can take competitive advantage over others. I am personally more focused on
preparing a personal development plan which will help me in developing key skills which are
time management, problem-solving and decision making. I will also focus on development of
communication skills which will help me to gain effective growth in career. I am taking help and
support of planning and strategic framework in order to develop key roles and responsibilities. I
have also decided a time period to accomplish all major objectives and targets of a personal
development plan. The enhancement of skills will help in management of various things related
to career and professional life.
Skill 1
I will focus on development of information and communication technology based skills.
This will help me gaining knowledge related to information and technology and implementation
in a precise and systematic manner.
