I have been able to understand how the innovative approach in business can help in
devising the business strategies that are successful with the help of my master’s degree course.
The studying of Business from Torrens University has helped me in understanding how a
business can rise above the competitors which can help it in making the profits (Lasserre, 2017)
Masters Degree Course in Business has imbibed within me the valuable skills that can help me in
taking up the management role in my future career.
Post graduate course has provided me with knowledge pertaining to the interpretation of
business environment which can rightly identify the business opportunities (Kaplan, 2017). I
have understood about strategic and the marketing plans of the business that can come to be of
great use in taking up the professional position of the manager. The course has enriched me with
the critical thinking skills which can be useful for me for solving the problems. The business can
flourish in the event of the management of a company having the critical thinking skills
(McMurray et al., 2016). The course has been chosen so that it can enable me in attaining
professional success in future and it can help me in rising in professional hierarchy.
Bachelor of Business Course was done by me previously from the Swinburne University
that made me know about the various arenas of business and the management. It has helped me
in understanding about the operations of a business that can help me in taking up different types
of roles within the framework of modern day organizations (Brubacher, 2017). Previous
experience that I had has put within me theoretical knowledge which can be helpful for
understanding needs of business in the present time. I have done multi-disciplinary projects
which have provided within me practical knowledge pertaining to business. Bachelor of the
Business Course has imparted me the training that can help me in the role of leadership in my
future. I have been able to learn about leadership skills that can help me in leading my team in

the right direction. Bachelors Degree course in Business has paved the path for the Master’s
course because it has been helpful for me for understanding of basic concepts pertaining to field
of business.
I want to meet the outcome of the course with the help of the mentoring programme
within the University. I have taken the help of college professors who has taught me about real-
life business problems and how the other people have made the crucial decisions in the event of
working in an organization. Mentors of college have been instrumental in the creation of a
learning process that is well-balanced which can meet strategic objectives of company (Ansoff et
al., 2018). I have gained a lot of knowledge with the help of the mentoring programme which
can be used in my future profession.
There are specific steps which can be undertaken for monitoring my study so that it can
be brought to a fruitful conclusion. The mentors in my college can extend the help and the
professors of the college can inform me regarding the fact whether I have been able to improve
pertaining to business skills. The college professor can assist me in understanding regarding the
arena of formative assessment. They can provide the useful feedback that can improve learning
of students. Frequent evaluations can be carried out which can help me in understanding the
strengths of my character which I can use at a later point of time in my professional career.
My aim is to get 90 % in the master’s course that points forward to my competence in
relation to business subjects. It can point out my acumen that can help me in pursuing a
successful professional career (Meyer, Neck & Meeks, 2017). I can get a job that is suitable for
me which can come to be of help for my professional position. My results can help me in getting
a job within a renowned organization that can prove to be advantageous for my career. It can

point forward to the fact that I can create successful strategies which can help in the process of
development of business.
I have gained a lot of knowledge by the dint of my post-graduate course which can be
used by me later on. I have learnt regarding Contemporary Management and that of Marketing
Management which can help me in my professional life. I have learnt about the element of the
Financial Management that can help in the area of managing the finances within the framework
of a company. Strategic Management can help me to decide regarding right course of the action
which can help in the path of success of my organization (Morden, 2016). Different elements of
the human resource management can be learnt with the help of my course which can be used by
me in my profession.
I have learnt about different kinds of the competition which exists within the framework
of free market system. Knowledge have been gathered by me regarding perfect competition,
oligopoly, monopolistic competition on account of this course. I have learnt regarding the
economic policy which has helped me to understand about elements of monetary policy and that
of fiscal policy. Government can play an important role in influencing policy with the help of
taxation and that of other regulations. I have understood that government can achieve the
economic growth and the price stability with the help of the suitable policies. Government of a
country can maintain low interest rate which can aid in the process of its development. Low rate
of interest of a business can be instrumental in causing the inflation that takes place on account
of rise in the spending (Castellucci & Podolny, 2017). The condition of economy is related to
the factor of the business opportunities. The economy of a country being strong makes a business
capable of taking more risks. It can help a business in the process of recruiting new employees
and carrying out the research which can help in its growth.
