Part 1- Covered in PPT
Part 2- REFLECTION
This reflection is prepared in order to reflect my performance in related presentation.
Presentation is the process to convey one's idea to targeted audience with clarity, so as to make
sure that they are getting a proper understanding of the subject matter. In presentation section of
my assignment, I was supposed to present theoretical knowledge about old age service group and
assisted professional people. I started with defining by the subject matter and then gone forward
with further required details. I can divide my whole performance in smaller bits, in following
manner:
What did I do well in my presentation- In my opinion, I did well in my presentation, as
after delivering my ideas, in interaction section, it was evident from questions of
audience, that they had a pretty well knowledgeable time. They were quite interested in
getting more knowledge about the topic. I was bale to deliver my ideas with clarity, this
makes my presentation time quite successful.
What could have I done better in my presentation- I could have included more
legislations in my presentation. This will make it more interesting. In addition to this, this
is to specify here that I could have created more a video showcasing the needs and
requirements of the selected social group, i.e., old age people. This video would have
resulted in improved interest level of audience.
Did I speak clear and loud enough- In this section, I am pretty confident, that I did
well. This is evident from the feedback received from audience. They were able to get my
ideas clearly and also were able to understand my point of view. I kept in mind, while
delivering my presentation to use simple and clear language and not use any typical
jargon, which could have become a barrier.
Was my body language appropriate- It is very important to keep an upright body
language while delivering a presentation. Body language involves a host of non-verbal
cues or signs such as body movements, facial expressions, tone of voice and gestures in
communication. According to facts, 55% part of communication is decided by body
language and tone of speaking, thus, keeping this in mind, I had professional body
language (Importance of body language, 2021).

Given the short allocation of time I had to talk, did I organise my script in a
consistent and straightforward way- The most important aspect in the success of any
presentation is that it is following a consistent and straightforward process to present
ideas and thoughts. Thus, to make my presentation effective, I have presented an outline
of presentation in introduction itself.
If I had to do the same task again, which aspects of my performance would I be
trying to improve- In this next turn, I will focus to try to perform more research about
the subject matter and also prepare interactive session, so as to engage audience on more
intensive scale.
