INTRODUCTION
Reflection is the type of method used by writers where they discuss their self explanatory
current situation position, scene conversation, or may have another event. This practise used for
the better development growth of individual person views and opinions (Al-Ismaily and et. al,
2021). Reflection is also considered an important stage for individual perspective to make
effective practices in learning and developing their skills. As the report on the based of reflection
and create a better understanding of how I have examined the situation and my actual key
learnings from that. When I was pursuing my higher studies, I have faced high level of
challenges to maintain my studies with better-developed skills and professional development. To
solve the better problems and have to work in good communication and coordination to better
develop skills. Conclusion this report better covers actions plans and planning to resolve
challenges to developed through the activities and help define more developed skills within
individuals.
MAIN BODY.
The Main challenges faces
At the time of my higher studies, I noticed that the corporate and business environment is
fluctuates day by day due to policies, technologies, trending’s etc. This fluctuation plays an
important role in individual life to effectively bring certain change that enhances high-quality
positive impact (Biswas, Dwyer and Ford, 2021). If all of the overcome of challenges are
through different perspectives and helps individuals get learn more great opportunities to attain
and expand the career growth effectively. During my struggle with my challenges I improvise
my skills of communication team work, time management and different business skills. Within
the apprentice challenges, I faced the issues the managing the workload of time. In addition to
better leads these issues, I need to make my own plans and strategies towards a better system
within graduation.
Furthermore, I must know how to handle the team and made the lack of trust confidence
within the team. Tha major challenges which I wanted to overcome that is T-Shirt challenge,
as it very creative ideas to implement better development and calculate the cost in different
manner for printing T-shirt and show the innovation that would create within activity
effective manner. To remove the barriers from T-Shirt challenge is calculating production

cost, product differentiation, and applying different promotional strategies in an effective
time period. Some of the issues which I have been identified to better established a schedule
and unaware with effective approaches to build companies to accomplish different skills.
Moreover, skills development and understanding are basically helpful for gaining the
specific topic and adopting the challenges for gaining more productivity within an effective
manner (Jenei, Lulie and Closson, 2020). Thus, all these challenges of T-Shirt which I had
been faced during my graduation period work of apprentice, presentation to overcome from
T-Shirt challenge for future use.
Developing Skills:
There are different skills and knowledge set that helped to gain through individual work on
performance and effectively analyse the function activities. Through above session, I have
gained many knowledge and competence related traits which would help to leads towards my
goals. Additionally, these skills are mainly works to manage the functions as per time period.
Within the business environment, different skills are needed to be better introduced to enhance
potential performance and profitability get better evaluated period (Maria, Mei and Stanley,
2020). There are some skills on which I was lacking in T-Shirt challenges are as followings:
 Communication Skills: It is is more important skill is the way to transfer knowledge
from one place to another in an effective time period. It is a essential to each individual
perspective to understand the concept and solve issues with communication skills. I have
gained these skills while working on the above-discussed challenge. As the T-Shirt
challenge is one of the more innovative concepts and I have no appropriate
communication level, I have to make my communication in a fluent manner through
which I can convey my message to the audience effectively.
 Teamwork: This skill refers to collecting the data, accomplishing the most common
goals, and letting people know about gaining higher performance. I have developed
through the use of major functions and activities based on organizational productivity and
profitability (Rossano, Roselli and Quercia, 2020). Through team skills, it would be
helpful to increase the coordination between teammates and better allocate work
specified growth for development and attain goals. Further, I have to build coordination
efficiency in teamwork with other to mitigate T-Shirt challenge and enhance more work
outcomes.

 Business Skills and Competencies: It is last skill that is gain and require for manging
business activities and work within the companies. This will be helpful for analysation
the system and make appropriate challenge and attain the goals which enhance better
high productivity level. In perspective of my T-Shirt challenge I have to make implement
strategic goals like innovation to build better business and enhance work culture. I have
gain the skill while working challenges that are mentioned above.
Challenges focus on business angels:
When it comes to the business market, an individual feels to arise about the need to make
proper growth and knowledge to gain higher performance and productivity in a different manner.
These are some major challenges which are discussed below:
 Branding: It is a process used to make communication a unique selling proposition and
make a differential activity. According to this skill is better related to T-Shirt Challenge
and to overcome company can easily gain this skills with their company. This business
angle is related to showing some innovation within the organization and presenting their
information to their valuable customers.
 Operations: According to this process it is required about their workplace for the
different purpose and make presuming business environment to attain higher performance
and ability in definite time period (Stephens and Coryel., 2021). This function is
important to work within the companies as it will helpful for covering presentation and
overcome from the challenges to work and make communication network the
management with high performance level.
 Finance: By presumes the business in any way, there is the need for financial skills used
to set the budget and implement a better set of monetary funds. According to this skills, is
helpful for effective conducting and managing budget in an effective manner to maintain
financial condition and generate financial solutions.
