Learning is a part and parcel of any person’s life. The experiences which a person gathers
from his or her life helps in the development of the career of a person and also determines the
knowledge which he or she obtains for the future. It is such that the experiences and the ideas
which went behind the creation of a particular project stays with a person throughout his or her
life. The tool of training need to be such that the learners can use the tools in their lives and also
attain success in whatever career they choose for themselves.
Discussion:
Creative or hands-on learning experiences help in the involvement and manipulation
thereby causing the researchers to understand the reasons to make certain visual learning
connections. There are also suitable contributions towards the positive development of the skills
in the people who are participating in the research. There are essential skills which need to be
imbibed in the minds of all the researchers to ensure that the best possible outcomes in terms of
research results are obtained in case of whichever type of business research they engage in.
Learning experiences are the best understood or the best remembered in case there is a
proper amount of engagement in the overall understanding. This learning experience was
anyway engaging for me and this helped me understand the overall development opportunities in
different spheres of my life. Engagement is not only necessary in the initial stages of a person’s
life but is also crucial in the life of a researcher. Not only are formative experiences essential in
the life of a person but also lead to the development of newer and better skills and also help in
the development of opportunities for growth and application.

Research is a great learning experience for the people who are capable of engaging in
proper opportunities for development. This particular research therefore was an all round
learning experience for me. This is because of the reason that the topic which has been chosen in
this particular case is very much crucial in a person’s life. Learning experiences are best enough
in shaping the proper character of an individual. The experiences of learning are value based and
the importance of the experiences is very much crucial for the development of understanding
pertaining to a specific project.
I can undoubtedly state that the learning experience was something which I will
remember for the rest of my lifetime. This is because right from the beginning of the project to
the selection of topics, to the development of research questions and the understanding of the
proper methodology the entire experience was enriching in itself. The topic which was chosen in
this case relates to the impact of cyber security in organisations. The different risks which are
involved in case of cyber security are also to be discussed in this case. This helped me
understand the importance of awareness regarding cyber security and also regarding the cyber
attacks which are applicable in the context of different organisational scenarios. The learning
experience assisted me in taking help of the fact that there would be an all round development of
the topic in concern.
The concept of cyber security became clear to me. The impact of cyber security on the
performance of the different organisations was also to be examined by the research
developments. The confidentiality of data and the importance of the confidentiality of the data
are also to be understood in the context of the research.

suitable context. The idea and the choice of development of a proposal of research helps in the
understanding of the different aspects of the topic and the research. Proper analytical thinking is
crucial and this makes sure that the research questions are properly formulated based on the
survey.
This experience also helped me in making sure that I took proper career choices for my
life and in case was interested in learning about cyber security I knew the exact parts which were
to be studied and which I could have applied in a specific scenario.
Life is not easy be it for any individual. There can be problems, trials and tribulations
which correspond to the factors which are faced in case much of knowledge is not available. This
also helps in overcoming the different challenges of a person’s life.
Learning processes in any spheres are important to the complete research procedure. This
is because learning is responsible for broadening the horizons of research as well of
understanding in context of the chosen research topic. The step-by-step process made me realise
the importance of learning and understanding things gradually. Step wise processes help in the
gradual development of the intellect and also in realising the priorities of life. The way in which
a certain area or a topic was selected was also a proper learning experience. Due to the fact that
such an interesting and up to date topic was chosen, I got a great insight into the way in which
the processes actually happen in organisations.

different specific scenarios. Organisations have to face challenges in their respective fields due to
the adoption of newer and better technologies and the developments for the maintenance of data
security. This process helped me understand which research method was appropriate in my
respective study. The service providers and the service users of organisations along with their
specific benefits or drawbacks are understood with respect to the specific survey. The process
also forms a learning experience which is seen with respect to the rate of cyber attack in the
business as well as the specific effects of the business. There was also a proper understanding
regarding the type of security which needed to be employed based on the nature of the
organisations. It was a very enriching and informative experience as the overall understanding of
the principles of cyber security offered an in-depth knowledge of the all over understanding of
the different principles.
Business research is involved with the several aspects of procedures of business that are
concerned with the aims of the business, the target customers, the marketplace tends, the
processes of optimisation of business, the financial involvements the different scopes or
opportunities arising from the business as well as the possibility of errors. There needs to be a
understanding of the several procedures which are involved in the business. In case of cyber
security there are several aspects of threats and protection of research which needs to be
understood. This research on the concepts and instances of cyber security in business helped me
gain insight into the innermost procedure of the business. The organisational and consumer

The major aim of conducting the research on the concept of cyber security in business is
to understand the challenges which occur due to cyber attacks to the specific businesses. There
are several vulnerable items in the different aspects of business which might cause severe losses
to the company. There have been several reported and even unreported instances of unauthorised
users having access to the confidential information of the companies which have been leaked. In
such instances the secrets of the companies have been exposed to the people and to their
competitors. Therefore this research aims to study these cases in a proper manner in order to
reach a particular direction of research and thereby help in the overall understanding regarding
the chosen concept. I feel that cyber security is not only crucial for business but also for the day
to day balance in the lives of individuals where technology plays a huge role.
Conclusion:
Cyber security is such a severe concern because information technology has become a
crucial aspect of the business endeavours and therefore the organisations utilizing it are at severe
risk. In case I am a part of an organisation which uses technology deeply in its endeavours I will
make sure that I try my bit to ensure that the organisation is protected from cyber threats and all
the data and information of the company are safe.
