INTRODUCTION
Reflection is one of the important and valuable tool to represent any personal experience on the
on topic or the working area because it provides opportunity for self-evaluation and personal
traits analyses. The development of skill is important part of the human life which makes them
more comfortable and competitive in the market. There are number of skills are present which
has to developed by the student of they want to achieve their goals and objectives. This report is
based on the concept of how and why I have developed as a learner for this module and what are
the challenges and expectation for any university course.
TASK
It becomes essential for me to become learner if I want to complete this module in
effective manner because this is related to my career and development which is one of the most
important aspect of my life (Newell and Pacheco, 2019). I have made strong efforts and hard work
to becomes learner for this module because my personal as well as professional development are
linked with the completion of this module. There are large number of skills are present which I
have developed to becomes learner and the brief discussion related to the same are given below:
One of the greatest skills which should be present in my personality is, multiple
intelligence skills which are one of the most important skills. There are number of intelligences
present such as mathematical intelligence, general knowledge, mental aptitude and many more.
All these intelligences play important role in the development of the individual in the academic
skills and apply them to become successful in life. Mathematical intelligence is very helpful for
me in my academic life to solve the problems of mathematics. The need of mental aptitude is
very high as there are many problems which arises in the future and needs to addressed and
developed in personal and professional life (Deka, 2018). The mental aptitude intelligence will
help me to evaluate and analyse problems and provide me innovative ways of solving the
problem.
CV has plays an important role for the individual if he/she want to do job in any reputed
firm of the market. It is very important for the individual to develop effective and valuable CV
writing skills which makes their CV attractive in front of the interviewer. If I want to get
effective job in any organisation then it becomes positive for me to develop effective CV skills.
There are large number of companies are present which provides number of job opportunities in

the market. One of the most important and primary requirement of these companies is the
availability of employment skills in the personality of a candidate. These skills are analysed by
the interviewer at the time of meeting but the first action which reflects the skills and personality
of the candidate in front of the interviewer is CV. If the CV of the person is attractive and free
from latent mistakes then it impacts positively on the mindset of the interviewer and the chances
of getting job gets increased. It is one of greatest dream of mine that I get job in one of the
famous multinational organisations of the world which requires the development of the skills and
also the completion of academics in an effective manner. One of the important requirement for
getting job is, the development of creativity and innovation skills in my personality which will
help me to create attractive CV. This will help me to attract interviewer's which is most
important part in getting a job
Decision making skills are one of the most important and valuable skill of my personality
which will help me to take great decisions. (Duff and Wolff, 2020). There are different types of
situations in my academic and career based life, which demands for crucial decision making
approach. The decision making skills will be helpful for me in both personal as well as
professional life.
Interview skills refers to those skills of an individual which are related to the abilities of a
person which are used to interact with the interviewer. It is one of those skills which helps to
show that why the candidates are suitable for the selected job role (Perry, Bridges and Burrow,
2021). There are many aspects present which I have to develop in my personality to become
successful in life.
The life of the students in the university are not so easy because the student has to
maintained all their activities if life themselves without the help of the family. There are different
types of challenges has to face by me while doing the course in the university (Deka, 2018). One
of the negative aspect of the university is the presence of ragging which can finish the morale of
the student and another one is the presence of competition which can develops extensive stress in
my personality.
University is a place where the activity of the personality development is conducted. There are
large number of expectations are linked with the university by the student. One of the most
important expectation of the student is their skills development and the another is to grab the
direction for future growth and career.

CONCLUSION
It is concluding from this report that the development of skills is one of the important
aspect of student life which helps them to established effective returns in their life. This report is
concluding the concept of how and why I have developed as a learner for this module and what
are the challenges and expectation for any university course.
