INTRODUCTION
Refection is the form of learning which uses by an individual to reflect their skills and
abilities in a particular module and project. For becoming a effective learner and getting future
employability skills it is important to think critically and evaluate the ideas by attending seminars
and classes (Zhang and et. al., 2018). This can help to develop the understand how to solve the
problem which are coming in completing the project and task effectively. This also states the
strength and weakness of a people in particular project which can help to develop the knowledge
and skills. Driscoll model of reflection is being used as it provide the guidance how to do and
what to do by analysing reflection process.
MAIN BODY
This reflection is cover understanding about individual performance, experience, skills,
behaviour and knowledge in area of education. For individual it is important to evaluate their
experience and skills by using learning sessions that can help to operate and manage the all
activities and task (Gladd, 2020). I am a student of University, where I wants to increase my
knowledge and will use this in further employability. As I attend the classes of 7 week through
the module of PSKC that helped me to determine strength and weakness by showing the
personality that can help to improve the understanding. I used the John Driscoll model of
reflection that supported me what, so what, and now what?
WEEK 1
What ?
In first week the session was about introduction to the degree, the module and RM Unify
that can help to increase the understanding about how to work and gain experience.
So what?
This session have increased my knowledge and experience in the managing the task and
completing the learning sessions which developed the understanding effectively.
Now what?
In getting the lectures about RM Unify and degree introduction I analysed that my
learning and interpretation skills are weak that need to be improved by reading and taking
lectures regularly.
WEEK 2

What ?
The second week session covers digital literacy, technology and ability to ready that is
needed at every place and manage the all activities effectively.
So what?
This is important for all to have good knowledge and skills which can be used to improve
the learning area. As I attend the lecture I analysed my skills that I was weak in digital literacy,
technology adaption which has created the problems.
Now what?
For improving my knowledge in the area I started to use new technology and reading
newspapers, books and others module which helped me to improve my knowledge in this filed
and adopt the new technology effectively (Stonehouse, 2019).
WEEK 3
What ?
In third week I studied about academic skills such as writing, communication and
professional context that are important to present a report and any other activity which can help
to understand clearly. Moreover, I learned about Harvard reference and citation which are
needed to manage the report.
So what?
Through this learning, I noticed that my academic skills are weak as I did not have
knowledge about how to prepare academic report and how to use Harvard reference.
Now what?
This lecture was beneficial for me as I improved my knowledge in the area of academic
skills and presenting a report.
WEEK 4
What ?
This lecture cover understanding about reflection that indicates what an individual has
learned from their past working (Devis-Rozental, 2018).
So what?
By using the Driscoll model of reflection is used by me that helped me to develop my
knowledge and experience.
Now what?

During this, I analysed that my IT skills and communication skills was weak that need to
be improve. By sharing feedback, talking with people, and taking part in seminars as a lecturer I
brought the improvements in my weakness and converted in to strength.
WEEK 5
What ?
This week lecture is discussed about research which is important to complete any
activities and project can help to manage the work and develop the understanding about how to
collect data (Alem, 2019).
So what?
I analysed that my research skills was good that became a good opportunity for me to get
any topics and research on that properly.
Now what?
This has given the higher benefits as any task and project which is given by my seniors I
will complete in given time that shows as my strength.
WEEK 6
What ?
This lecture was about workshop for coursework and formative feedback that main
purpose of increasing understanding of people how to improve the project and follow the
feedback which helped me to analysed my skills.
So what?
While taking classes I analysed that my digital technology skill is weak and I was not
able to adopt new technology at workplace. This is important for all individual to improve the
skills in such area as it can help to increase the business activities and performance by
introducing digital technology.
Now what?
For improving my knowledge in such area I need to adopt new technology, risk and then
implement at work place that can help to evaluate the knowledge and understanding about how
to manage the work and increase all activities by using digital technology. This week lecture was
important for me as it improved my knowledge to use digital technology and increase the
profitability.
WEEK 7

What ?
The seventh week lecture was about digital skills in MS One Drive which is important to
know that how to store, share documents, spreadsheet and other files that can help to maintain
proper records.
So what?
I analysed that I was weak in MS One Drive skills which has created the problem in
managing records, document and handling the information that needs to improve.
Now what?
From this lecture, I have improved my drive digital skills that helped me to manage all
documents and transaction and keep safely all records in one drive that can be used any time.
CONCLUSION
From the reflection it can be concluded that I have learnt various things while attending
the PSKC module that have shown my weakness in skills and abilities in which I was weak. The
uses of Driscoll module become helpful for me as it developed the skills and experience of mine
to increase the working abilities in future that will help me to attain a success in my professional
career. By attending module I improved my communication, ICT, digital, research and IT skills
which will provide me assistance what should do and how in my future career.
