Nowadays teachers and schools allows students to use self-reflection method so that it can
give confidence to students to participate in activities by knowing strengths and
weaknesses.
In addition to this, by having self-reflection the students can help themselves to develop
their knowledge level and skills by just reviewing whether they are performing well or not
(Sibley and et.al., 2020).
Not only students, teachers also express their feelings, experience and thoughts by using

The major importance of SMART goals is that it allows people to clarify their ideas focus more on their efforts
and use time management skills to complete task on time (Sibley and et.al., 2020).
By having smart goals, I am able to increase chances of achieving future career and personal and professional
objectives.
With the support of SMART goals, I can easily set clear timeline and makes it very easier in order to track my
progress level and educational success which also support me to know about my missed goals.
My smart goals are:
To improve my active listening skills by the end of this month.
To improve my patience level as it can ruin relationship with my team mates.
To enhance my emotional intelligence by the end of this week.
