INTRODUCTION
The present reflection report aids to gain and develop knowledge about academic
integrity. Thus, main aim is to create the understanding about managing time and problems. This
report will helps the reflector in carrying out team work in proficient aspect as that how the work
must be carried out together and aids to develop academic integrity. Furthermore, it can be stated
that learning can be termed out as process in which knowledge is created with the help of
transformation of experience. In order to carry out the performance in group it is very crucial to
manage the time and work towards it so that all things can get balanced in proper manner (Elbaz,
2018). By working in the team manner leads to get the things done and desired results also gets
achieved.
The present report is based on term as how to manage the time and problems. In order to
conduct this report, I have chosen reflection model as Kolb's learning style. It is one of the most
experimental learning style and its typically represented by four stage of learning cycle and it is
integrated process in which each stage is being mutually supportive and feeding into the next.
Therefore, it can be stated that effective learning can be occurred at time in which learner
execute the all four stages of model.
Furthermore, the reflection will be consisting of things as given frameworks and to identify the
each one of it components and this all will be linked to the chosen reflective model as Kolb's.
Lastly, the report will look over to identify that what has been learnt and which actions are
needed to be taken in future in order to become the more effective learner. The main aim behind
this all is to be the more effective and efficient learner.
REFLECTION
The Kolb's experimental learning theory reflects on two levels and four stage cycle of
learning and its four separate learning styles. However, the effective learning will be occur when
the learner can able to execute all four stages of model. This will be typically represented by a
four stage learning cycle and its defined in following manner as-
Stage 1- Experience- As per this learning style I have worked towards gets the things from
differ perspective. At this level, people are best at viewing concrete situation form several
different viewpoints. The learning is all about to manage the all work with the set deadline and
manages the problems so that all things can be done in appropriate manner (Kolb's Learning
Styles and Experiential Learning Cycle, 2017). At the beginning we have experienced that we

things were getting affected and this changed the lot of things in the badly manner. In order to
get overcome from it, we have conducted the game activity so that all members in team can able
to be open to each other. I have done all work by being in team and it has supported me to
performing better in situation that requires to performs better so that all information can be
gathered appropriately. Thus, I was also having the issue relates with maintaining the groups
process as the people come from different places and it was so typical in maintaining the
communication with them and this was affecting my overall ability to do the things in better
mode. Thus, this kind of things can negatively impact to do the each task in better mode.
At the starting I was also not so much confident towards the doing my role as its impacts
the overall working and all other things also affected in poor mode. I must say that this is the
process that helps to collect and analyse each things in effective mode. In order to work together
I have made several strategy as to do the work in team manner with the differ task but the same
goal. It will help to do the things in much more corrective manner. In addition to this, I
conducted training programme so that each member to group can perform their role in better
manner. Firstly, the things I did as that I discovered the advantage of working together. In this
learning process, I got to know that good teamwork is the key to get success in order to design
the activities when time and resources are limited. The energy of our group presentation made
me feel more energetic about contributing something (Rosman and et.al., 2018). I also got to
know that with help of group creative the simple things on the earth could be turned into
something amazing and it takes the efforts towards working to them. Furthermore, I must say
that it can be helpful in terms to develop the things in better and efficient mode. The overall
experience of mine was so good and it has helped me a lot towards improving my interaction
with peers. This all process has helped me to get overcome with the weakness of hesitating and
doing the things my own.

in proper direction if all member to project works in unity manner. The all experience of mine
was so good as we were able to get the things within set deadline. Thus, we have worked in

assumption observed others and this kind of idea must be constantly re-evaluated, revised and
tasted at this conceptualisation stage (Skaniakos and et.al., 2018). At this level, I can say that
with the help of having the more effective interaction with the subordinates it will be easy to
have maximisation in learning potential. By the use of using the potential I can do the things in
the better mode. This kind of the things will be helpful in order to get the thing in team manner.
To have the use of new approaches and tactics leader can able to have more interaction with the
subordinates and it can be useful in order to expand their potential. This kind of ideas will be
helpful in terms to conduct the things in better mode.
Stage 4- Plan- At this process, I have worked towards the process of testing new ideas with the
help of creation of new ideas. I have framed various planning tool that can aids me to get the
things appropriately. Thus, to manage the work on time I plan to set the priorities towards the
work and divide each task effectively within the team. This can help me to get the things in
proper direction. It can be helpful for me to improvise the training tools and also develops the
test practices accordingly. The team leaders in the organisation must be the actively engaged
throughout the critical stage of experimental learning (Ebadi and Rahimi, 2018). At this stage,

model and it has helped me to get the things in better mode and to write about my experience.
Thus, this report has covered the activities as to provide justification of the chosen model,
reflection about the experience of learning. Lastly, report has covered the future action that can
helps to plan the more effective strategies in order to be more effective learner. The better
strategies will laid to conduct the whole things in appropriate mode and this helps to do the

I will take the initiative in order to put the more emphasize on the importance of work
