I started working in Tesco that is a multinational organisation. I have analysed that all the
higher authority people are so cooperating there. I got a healthy working environment at the
place. I was eager to work in a retail sector organisation and I got opportunity to work in Tesco.
As it is one of the famous organisation of retail sector. It is important to note that the company
good revenue and deals in various products and services. It is also analysed that employees are
treated in an effective manner. It is a huge organisation and has number of employees but the
treat and each and every employee equally and provide the opportunity of growth (Akturk,
Ketzenberg and Heim, 2018). I analysed that work in such a multinational organisation is such a
big opportunity for me. I try to work in an effective way and achieve goals and objective of the
company. I have build relations with my colleagues and understood that working in a team helps
to achieve goals and objectives effectively. Another important part that I observed in the
organisation is the structure of the company. It is been observed that a company should use the
structure that suits them. I have observed that it is such a important task to work effectively. It is
seen that in Tesco there is hierarchy followed. There are number of functions that are followed in
the company. They have diversified and differentiated so that there is perfection in each and
every task. It is important to note that Tesco follows functional structure in the organisation. It is
analysed that they take care of each and every function and that helps the company to achieve the
targets. It is also important to note that there is a superior of each department that assigns the
duties and to who the subordinates have to report. This is helpful for the employees as they are
able to achieve their targets and whenever they face any problem they can report in an effective
manner. It is vital to note that proper guidance helps the employees to work effectively. I have
observed that the reason of success of Tesco is in the organisational structure followed by them.
As the company that works in an organised way and follows proper structure is able to attain
success. It is seen that in Tesco there was no duplication of work each and every task is
completed effectively. I was assigned my work and I have given ample amount of time to
complete it. I analysed that by giving value to the employees employees are motivated towards
work being assigned to them. Along with that I evaluated that the management of the company
plays a vital role in success. In regard to Tesco I observed that the managers make all the efforts
that help to achieve operational efficiency. As they assure that each and ever work of the
company is made understandable to the employees. It is seen that the manager communicates to

the employees in an effective manner. As that helps them to build relation with the employees
(Affandi, Udobong and Sarwani, 2020). I was once unable to understand the work assigned to
be but then my manager helped me and again explained each and eve task with the help of
example and that helped me work effectively. It is essential to note that all the employees are
motivated in Tesco so that they are able to work in an effective and efficient manner. It is helpful
for us to work hard so as to achieve goals and objectives effectively. It is also noticed that there
is effective role in succes of Tesco. The Leader is good motivator as well as inspires us to work
effectively. At the same time they assign clear goals to the employees and that is motivational for
them. It is important to for the employees to take care about all the instructions given to them. At
the same time I noticed that the real time examples given by the leader were son inspiring that
helped me to work in an effective way. At the same time when I was being rewarded for my
performance it was so motivating for me. It enhanced my morale and give me power to work
hared. I analysed that the leader has such hard-working personality that inspired me to work
harder and achieve the goals and objectives that are being assigned. The cooperation in the
organisation is so high and that also gives energy to work hard. All the employees are so
coordinating that the task given to complete in teams were also completed in an effective
manner. I observed that in Tesco team work is always encourages and that is beneficial for the
company as well as employees. In Tesco all the employees are motivated towards work due to
the support of leader and manager. I analysed that leader helped us a lot to compete the work and
direct us on each and every step. In Tesco, I analysed that teamwork is very important for every
organisation and I actually experience this one. With my experience, working in a large
organisation I learnt many things about the teamwork. I know that teamwork is very important
for every organisation as it helps to achieve objectives and goals. For that purpose, organisation
needs to focus on collaboration and coordination between each team members because this is
very important for and effective teamwork. Along with this, I also learned that teamwork is just
not achieving the goals and objective of organisation but also make a positive culture in the
environment of organisation. It helps in taking a competitive advantage because every
organisation has not an effective teamwork. I learnt that organisation believes employees are the
assets of company and that’s why they always identify and analyse the factors which affects or
influence the team behaviour. There are many factors which influence the behaviour of
individual which is necessary to analyse by organisation because it decide the achievement of
