In favour of active learning, Gibbs ( 1988, p.49) developed his "organized security briefing"
It was developed for a recurring experience as a quality improvement loop but is also
implement to draw on a single experience. The main points about Gibbs seem to be the
understanding of the value of expressing Emotions. He also distinguishes Assessment-both what
ran directly and what did not. This extra step makes it effective frameworks for certain courses
for clinicians, but others find it specific.
I went through diverse sets of difficulties when performing the study project, which
somewhat adversely affected my success level. It also created doubt in my own head but also
how to research profile framework and what things are important for a researcher to investigate
when undertaking a study on a specific subject (BAYRAK, 2020). For me, the insight I acquired
when completing the study module was actually very difficult, since I was unsure of the specific
subject that I considered. This is not at all convenient for me to locate sufficient secondary
means to compile the numbers. That I mentioned in the Research chapter of the study. Even so, I
can claim that my analysis performance has improved even Though I have been doing an amount
of studies on certain areas of research such as the subject, segment on literature review, RM and
finally concluding the research through. That's where I would say whether, if my mentor offers
the same chance, I will possibly conduct the next study project in the coming years.
I was ignorant at the point of constructing the study goals of both variables that need to be
deducted from the purpose. It's where I received assistance among my professors in choosing the
most fitting relationships between variables again from basic goal that was created. Despite this,
the experience I actually acquired when carrying out the project will aid in the near future
whether I enter a company or start a career with any of such cement company. Thus, awareness
of global investment and how multinational institutions execute activities efficiently and how
they take suggestions to achieve the financial realities of a nation such as the U.K. will benefit
me throughout the coming years.
I should also pick the correct choices to benefit both myself and my agency in which I
operate by giving it a range of strategic advantages as well as improving company's approval for
the UK economy. Despite this, my internal problem-solving ability has also strengthened as I

concentrated explicitly mostly on particular issue point that was presented in the review article,
that was earlier in the end of the report, I gave some recommendations in response. These
suggestions provided by me may support United Kingdom's auto sector minimize the demand-
related issues of increasing employee wages (Kazeni and McNaught, 2020). This can be clearly
stated, with the benefit of feedback I created, that mine problem-solving abilities strengthened
immediately, which will not only allow me to make an informed decision throughout the coming
years. It would also allow me to obtain enough resources to help the company achieve a variety
of strategic benefits to boost sustainability and also benefit UK market situation.
It has also been difficult for me to choose the most viable methods within the analysis
methodology portion of the verbal inquiry I have undertaken on "A Review of Automotive
Industry UK Competitiveness and Financial Performance." I wasn't so sure what specific
approach to theory and data analysis method to follow in order to produce useful effects in a
brief amount of time. It's where I got support from mine teammates who also built up my squad's
working skills successfully and also strengthened listening skills. Although I function in a
company or start up my own enterprise in the near future, improved organizational abilities and
leadership capabilities will subsequently support me to meaningful results once I get frustrated
about various factors (Ceo-DiFrancesco, Dunn and Solorio, 2020).
Furthermore, this analysis result on the competitiveness and financial performance of
UK cement industry will allow me to make the best choices throughout the appropriate point
down the road sense. My perspective however has moved in the context of the cement market
about which I conducted the study, as I had previously assumed which UK cement industry
would only prosper and would not help the country's economic circumstances. That being said,
my outlook towards a certain particular sector has shifted after I examined the data and figures
which I received inside the market industry report. In reality, I see the cement industry as being
one of the main industries generating revenue and supporting the UK economy. It could be
illustrated by a great example of the details I provided in the research study in which United
Kingdom makers belonging to the cement sector have already produced roughly 1.5 million raw
material and 3.3 million power plants, resulting in 9 to 11% of the share of the UK's export
business (Glick, Cohen and Gabbay, 2020).
Together with this, enhanced skills such as leadership skills, analysis skills, interpersonal
skills , problem-solving skill sets, as well as time-management skills can help me better meet the

excellent opportunities when employed in an company or researching on a specific subject. I also
took some recommendations from ones group members which resulted in two promising
outcomes for my research study carried out by me on a specific topic, i.e. a research on the
company profitability productivity including its United Kingdom automotive industry. "I also
can assume that unless I have the chance to undertake and investigate the same subject or really
any specific issue.
