INTRODUCTION
The Gibbs model is defined as the framework which is able to provide the proper knowledge
regards with the experience and it is deliver by using the proper cyclic nature which is lend to
show itself particularly defined in the various of stage which is related with the experience. It
also allows the use in order to share the experience that is focus on the learning and planning the
thing which is more helpful in the term of providing reflection (Zhai, and et. al., 2022). The
report covers the reflection which is based on principle of care. It includes experience of working
and managing the workplace with knowledge.
MAIN BODY
Principle of care is mainly the effective management and the adaptability of giving care and
services to the person in respect of care and concern. I being working under the health care units
realised that this is the most morally sensitive area and there is being aligned that it is important
to manage the social service and the general notion through which the protection can be drawn to
all the individuals who are in need. Health care sector offers an outstanding growth to an
individual in terms of professionally and morally. Initially when I joined the health care sector I
got very scared as I have no experience of working this sector and a I am also terrified because
one mistake of mine could cause major impact on others. Having good education on health is
much important but when I joined the health care sector I realised that it’s not that much
difficult, as I started working, my interest start growing in this field. Interacting with different
people solving their personal problem started giving me satisfaction and boost my confidence in
treating people. I evaluated in myself that people well-being is what that's make me happy and
patient recovery boost my morale.
Working in Health care sector fulfils my social responsibility with stimulating working
environment, it also provides variety of career opportunities with the outlook of well-being of
society. My high degree of participation in the activities creates a sense of involvement for the
benefit of others which as a result motivates me to learn more about health care sector and
contribute more in the well-being of others. I have learned so much from the health care sector
improved my communication skills, increases my health knowledge, better understanding of
people, emotional connect with the patients, gives me satisfaction in treating people. I have
realised that I have learned great things in heath sector and I am grateful for the opportunity that

they provided to me to enhance my career. I also regret that if I learned these things in the initials
of my career, then things would be different for me and by the time I have been much more
effective and efficient in treating people and helping them in their recovery process. This
maintain all the effective nature with which the principle of health care with which they manage
all the aspectual concern and I will undergo the concept and the social attributes.
CONCLUSION
From this above report it is summarized that, Reflection helps in analysing the internal and
their general external element in the individual’s personality with which all the major compliance
and the assured is maintained. Further there is given that GIBBS model is a tool to analyse and
describe all the efficient areas with which the experience of the person can be evaluated. it is also
being given that the principle of care helps in providing the self-care and also the physical and
the mental health to be protected of the person and there is needed to manage the eventual care
an d services to be drawn to all the individuals.
