Introduction
The learning refers to the process of enhancing the knowledge and skill of the individual
person in effective as well as efficient manner. With the assistance of learning the individual
person is able to develop the best career path for the forthcoming period of time. The present
report will be based on the refection of learning. The report will demonstrate refection of the
individual person in which the student will highlight the learning in the 1st and 2nd semester.
It cover the significant topic such as project management, SWOT

Semester 1
The semester 1 is one of the best experience for me as I learned about the project
management and operation of the company in effective as well as efficient manner.
Throughout the whole semester I have learned that for leading the business organisation in a
proper manner it is important to manage the organisation with the employees of the company
in adequate manner(Harry-Nana, and Bosch, 2020). I determined that for thew success of the
company the individual person need to obtain various skills that includes communication
and coordination. In my opinion the communication skills is important for exchanging the
ideas, skills and knowledge with each workers or the people associated with the
organisation. For increasing the value of the company the individual person bring the
coordination among the workers of the organisation in adequate manner. With the
coordination and communication the company is able to accomplish short as well as long
term goal of the company in effective manner. Before attending the lecture of the semester I
am not friendly with the various topics or the essential element which deliver huge support
in making the progress in domestic as well as international marketplace. It deliver huge
assistance in enhancing my skills and knowledge for the forthcoming career path.
Along with that I obtain the knowledge about the business for developing the professional
skills and bifurcate my personal as well as professional goal in an appropriate manner. I have
observed that the for the management of the organisation the individual person or the leader
of the organisation deliver huge efforts in increasing the income and brand values in various
markets. With the support of various competitive advantages of the company the association
can develop the better and long term relationship with the potential customers. I learned that
in the future I can improve the performance of the company by determining the strength and

weakness in adequate manner. For that it is important to conduct the market research that
includes micro and macro factor that affects the performance of the company. For the
determination of the micro factor I can used SWOT analysis and for macro the pestle
analysis will be more coinvent (Meamber, 2019).
Due to that I am able to determine the opportunity and threats for dealing with the
forthcoming challenges. Furthermore I have evaluated my strength which help me in
developing the best career path for instance I have good communication skills which help me
in bringing the effective solution for the business enterprise and help me in resolving the
problems of the workers. Along with that the manger or the responsible person is
responsible for taking the decision for the welfare of the organisation. In context to that the
person or the scholar required to develop the good communicational skills. During thew
assessment and semester I observe that I am confident enough to take all the roles and
responsibility in effective as well as efficient manner but I need to focus on some Ares for
dealing with the future obstacles. The areas of improvement is time amendment which is
the essential component in the professional life without the agreement of time it is hard to
survive in the marketplace. I have lake of time management skill as I always procrastinate
my work which I should avoided. I determined this skills while submitting the semester
assignment as I am unable to make research on time and submit my assignment to the
teacher. In my it will gest if I develop this skills before the end of my semester.
The journey of the first semester was extremely good for me as I am able to plan a business
in the future. In context to manage the business effectively I should form effective strategy
that is unique from the competitors. Apart from that the planning is for delivering the
values to the customer. I personally acknowledge myself in the first semester is that the
company or the business can satisfy or deliver vales to the buyers by offering the squalidity
and standard product as well as services to the large numbers of the customers. For
operating the business it is essential to form the mission, vision of the business that clarify
the employees that how they can contribute theory capability in the productivity of the
business for earning huge profit from the marketplace(Ono, and Ichii, 2019). During that
time I come to know about the roles and responsibility of the organisation and workers
toward the success of the business enterprises.

During the completion of the semester I have observed that for the right path the metro or the
leader are responsible for providing the guidance to the individual person. In my higher
education the teacher has the responsibility to develop the skills of the individual person and
support in accomplish the educational goal of student. During that time I have evaluated that
the teacher are the helping hands in meeting the objective of the person and enhancing the
skills and knowledge of a person. Basically teachers make sure that the scholar develop
better understanding. For that the mentor or educational provide various example and
illustration of various multinational companies and elaborated that how they operate the firm
in such an effective manger and leading the marketplace in an appropriate way.
Semester 2
After the completion of the semester 1 the semester 2 was also good in which I obtain defat
description about the business management. During the semester 2 I boost my confidences
and clarify things which are associated with the business organisation. For instance I
determined that what is entrepreneur and what is entrepreneurship in business. Along with
that I have determined the differences between the small as well as multinational business in
effective as well as efficient manner. Due to which I can take precaution for the business
and mange my business. Furthermore it make me clear about the business ideas and the its
success in domestic as well as international marketplace. The journey of semester 2 was
quite good when I come to know about various entrepreneurs and their way they get
succeeded in the marketplace. For instance the sir Steve job wo is renowned for the
ingestion of the great social media account fakebook which is satisfying the large numbers of
the customers and generating gross profit profit from the marketplace. The example of the
leading personality encourage me to think deeply about the business and for the business
plan for the future. It evaluated that for the operation of the business the interdunal person
required lots of efforts as the compaction is high in the marketplace. Due to that I need to
focus on my creative skill (Perusso, 2019).
From the semester one I have acknowledge the theories related to the business but in the
semester 2 I have collected the practical knowledge about the business and the enterprises.
For the attractive and profitable business the individual person should form a team of to the
educated and skilled ideas personality that can suggest their expert. For that I collect the
organisational structure and cultures information of Tesco, and Sainsbury. Along with that I

determined the strategic human resources management of the company and idea of bringing
the innovation in the business. In my option formulation of different strategies are largely
depend on decision the entrepreneur take for the success of the company. During that time I
have worked on the practical assignment with group of people and make observe that how
an individual person deal with the challenges. In the assignment I launched an business
ideas which is of launching of organic product in the marketplace by targeting specific
people. During that I have observe my skills which is improved in this semester. According
to the teacher I need to work on more skills and take effective action plan. As the practical
knowledge is different from the theoretical knowledge I have faced the issues in leading my
plan successfully as my researching is consuming lots of time. During that time the teacher
vend mentor provide short briefing how it works for improving my performance in the
academic. Apart from that I acknowledge the importance of training and development
programme that paly significant role in increasing the capability of the people working in the
organisation.
Basically it improve my communication skills too for developing the better understanding
with the people. The seater teach me that the structuring of the successful business idea is
good but it is more important to have proper planning for developing the interest of the
people and investor. In context to Avoided the elements that leads to the failure of the
busies I have conduct the market research which evaluated that for the success of the
business organisation it’s important to address the taste and preferences of the consumer and
follow the effective market trend associated with business(Shani, and Coghlan, 2021)
. Always used the social media for the purpose of entertain and make connection with the
variety of the people but during the semester 2 I have learned that the social media platform
can be used for the purpose of approving the effective candidate send prompting the business
idea, product and services in an appropriate manner. Along with that determined that for
lurching business ideas the individual person need a knowledge of the finance and operation
department of the company that provide thew budget to the company. With the assistance of
finance management knowledge I can determine the expenses and develop the profit margin.
The teacher elaborated that for leading the business it is importance to have the stability of
the people in the organisation. For that I can resolve their personal as well as professional
issues in adequate manner. In the last of the semester 2 the teacher provide the feedback as

per the academic performance of individual person. The feedback is positive as well as
negative. The teacher apricate me for the efforts I have delivered in enhancing the skills and
knowledge. A Furthermore teacher have elaborated that I need to focus on some of the skill
which re essential for managing the business in effective as well as efficient manner. Along
with that I have opportunity to gain more knowledge about the business management and
develop the best career path. For that I should sharpen my knowledge and skills as soon as
possible
CONCLUSION
From the above report it will be concluded that the business environment play huge role in
manging the business ad allow the organisation to get succeeded in the different
marketplace. The present report mention the reflection of the learning that sharpen the
knowledge of the individual person and allow the person to deal with the the forthcoming
