A Detailed Reflection on Understanding the Human Services Field

Reflection
From the suitable presentation, according to me I have performed well and effectively in
order to represent suitable things in better ways. From this presentation, I have gained knowledge
regarding various disorders undertaking one specific social user group which is old age people
and they need proper care and attention by which their sentiments would not get hurt. In this
context, I think that I have done quite well and effective do conduct my overall presentation by
collecting knowledge regarding various knowledgeable factors and few disorders like anxiety,
depression and bipolar. As in this, in give my own opinion and suggestions by considering my
own perspective by speaking quite louder and clearly in terms of undertaking the needs of
service user group with effective protected characteristics and linking it with equality act that
helps in providing them proper help.
Along with this, I also analyse suitable relationship among the professional group which is
anxiety, depression and bipolar and effectively linking it with old age people by considering
effective characteristics. Furthermore, I also depict the suitable roles and responsibilities of each
and every specific profession from the perspective of healthcare assistant. I also effectively study
the suitable challenges which is being faced by the professionals in order to offer help of old age
people to overcome from their disorders. Moreover, my body language is also effective
undertaking my gestures and postures which is being effectively develop knowledge regarding
prominent disorders and how to effectively deal with them. In regard of this, I tend to give short
allocation of time by talking and getting survey from various individuals effectively in consistent
and straightforward manner.
For this, I collect details regarding their feelings and emotions and undertake difficulties in
order to mitigate them with the help of healthcare assistant in suitable manner. In regard of this, I
also need to consider same task by undertaking several aspects of my overall performance in
terms of analysing suitable deviations and taking corrective actions for them to improve my own
performance. Along with this, I also consider performance improvement techniques which is
useful for me in order to take corrective development for my overall performance by undertaking
the enhancement factor. Besides this, I also tend to undertake suitable policies and strategies
which are useful for me in terms of effectively meeting the needs and requirements of the old age
social group people and making effective arrangements for improving equality and diversity for
them.
