1MANAGEMENT – A REFLECTIVE ANALYSIS
The organizational success is often observed to be dependent on the efforts of the
employees of the organization. The following paper reflects on the knowledge that I have
acquired from the study of the modules on the management of the people and the teams that have
been serving the concerned organization.
The first module of the course has helped me learn about the nature of the various
organizations that are implemented within the organizations that are functional in the
international markets. The module has further helped me in learning the role that is played by the
organizational management as well as the various challenges that are faced by the organizational
management in the due course of the operations of the company (Basile & Faraci, 2015). The
module has helped me understand the various nuances that are important and indispensable in the
operations of the organization. The module has helped me learn majorly about the operations of
the organization and the effect of the same in the development of the competitive advantage of
the business organization in the given organization (Tuncdogan, Boon, Mom, Van Den Bosch &
Volberda, 2017). The topic has helped me shape my understanding of the importance of the role
played by the managerial department of the organization. The knowledge that I have gained from
this module has helped me learn about the major challenges that I might have to face in my
future career as a member of the managerial department of the organization. The knowledge
from this module would help me in resolving the various issues that I might face during my
future professional commitments.
The second module has helped me learn about the role played by the motivation in the
increase in the employee engagement within the organization. The module has helped me gain
knowledge regarding the various ways in which the managers might motivate the employees of
the organization in delivering the best of their efforts for the achievement of the goals that are set

by the given organization. The module has further helped mem learn about the importance of the
influences that are implemented buy the organizational leaders and the managers who have been
serving the organization (De Baerdemaeker & Bruggeman, 2015). The module has helped me
gain insight into the role played by the power and the politics that are evident within the given
organization. The implementation of the political factors and power within the organizations
influences the overall performance of the company in the given market as well as the given
industry (Jackalas, Martins & Ungerer, 2016). The insights that I have gained from this module
would help me in motivating the employees of the business organization that I would serve in the
future. This will also help me in providing the necessary assistance to the organizational
workforce in terms of the required motivation and influence that would in turn help in the
improvement of the employee engagement within the given company.
The third module has assisted me in the understanding of the role of proper
communication within the given organization. The module has helped me in the understanding
the importance of the effective communication within the given organization. The module has
further helped me expand my knowledge base on the various types of communication that might
take place within the organization and the scope of the various forms of the communication
within the business organization. The concerned module has helped me learn about the various
ways in which the communication within the organization might help in the proper development
of the internal operations within the organization (Ruck, Welch & Menara, 2017). The module
has further helped me learn about the various ways in which the proper communication within
the organization might help in the resolution of the issues presented in the operations of the
organization as well as assists the overall development of the given organization as well. The
module would help me in the implementation of the proper communications within the

organization that I would serve in my future life as a business professional (Slack, Corlett &
Morris, 2015). The knowledge regarding the communicational modes would further assist in the
resolution of the various issues that the company might face in the due course of its operations.
Thus, from the above discussion it might safely be opined that the modules that I have
studied since the enrolment into the course has helped me develop a proper understanding of the
various issues that might arise in the operations of a business organization. the module would
also help me in establishing myself as a responsible employee of the organization and also
enable me in working towards the achievement of the organizational goals by motivating the
employees towards the same.
