Introduction
The self reflective report helps in understanding my point of view on the different topics
and context which have been learnt by me during pursuing the respective course. There are
different modules which were taught during the process and it helped me in gaining lots of
knowledge that assisted me in applying the same in the workplace. The main objective of the
self-reflective report is to understand the relevance of the topic along with discussion on the past
experiences which helped me in working in the company and applying those skills in achieving
the positive outcomes for the company as a whole.
Analysis of Relevant Module Topics Including Relevance and Application
The main content which has been discussed is related to the management topics which
are of great significance for all of us in the working life and as professionals. The topic of
management is highly important and essential as I feel that the planning, organizing along with
maximizing the effectiveness are the three major approaches which needs to be performed by the
managers for performing the different activities in a systematic manner. Whether I am new to the
respective role or someone having extensive level of experience, the basic principles of
management are of huge importance in performing the different tasks and gain high effectiveness
in the same. (Soltani et al., 2016)
The topic is highly important as I have been capable of learning the different topics such
as nature of the organizations, role of management along with management related challenges
which can be faced while performing the tasks in the company. Moreover, there are different

communication as well as conflict which are the necessary terms which have been learnt by me
and the same has been applied by me in the workplace. During pursuing the respective course,
there were many instances, I felt that the topics are critical and the experience was effective and
positive in the topical area. I feel that the management topic helps and allows the managers in
understanding the aspects which makes up the business and the various decisions are made at the
management level.
During the course, I learnt that the management is one of the broad topics and there are
different subdivisions in the same. I feel that these topics and concepts will be of high
importance for me in utilizing the same in the future. For instance- Motivation is one of the
important concepts which will be playing a vital role in feeling boosted and the performance will
be effective. I feel that while working in the company, the main aspect which needs to be taken
care is the motivation provided to the different employees as they are the asset of the company.
When they feel motivated, the productivity will be boosted and it will be increasing the level of
productivity to a large extent.
Moreover, from the study of the other module, it has been learnt that the communication
is the other critical element which will be used by me in the future endeavors which will be taken
by me as the effective communication between the superiors and the subordinates will be able to
improve the level of productivity and performance of the company in a positive manner. I feel
that there can be conflict based situations in the company, in order to avoid or reduce the same,
the communication is considered to be the key element that will be capable of improving the
scenario and generating successful results.

In addition, the power and politics are the integral part of the system which is used for
managing and used in an effective manner for achieving the individual as well as organizational
cohesion and ventilate the differences. From the entire study of the module, I have learnt that the
communication, motivation and role of management play a vital role in managing the employees
in the company and generate the productivity and revenues to a large extent.
Conclusion
Therefore, it can be concluded that from the topical area which is considered to be the
management, I have been capable of learning the different aspects which will be helping me in
the future endeavors which will be taken by me. The communication can be becoming integral
part as it will be suitable for reducing the conflict and it will be making the people feel that the
management is approachable and their performance will be improved in the suitable manner as
well.
