REFLECTIVE PORTFOLIO
Introduction
The business scenario is getting much more complex than it has been in the traditional
time then in the world we live in now. There are a multitude of different issues regarding the
professional practices and the ethical conducts that the business goes through every now and
then. Every member in the organization must try to abide by the responsibilities that the
professional practice and ethical code of conduct within a business and put into action about
all the practices that theoretically has been established. Complex business scenarios might
imbibe several issues in the business organizations to let the employees go through the ethical
conduct and the professional practices and therefore fundamental business structure must
include the integrity of the business by promoting these conducts through several policies.
Otherwise there might be situations where this complex issues can endanger the trust that the
customers have on the business. There are various aspects of including the professional
practice and ethical codes of conduct within an organization and this might essentially
include the accommodation of cultural diversity, including empathetic perspectives to
decision making and also complying with governance and be consistent with the core values
of the company. Following would be an reflection report created as a portfolio that would
described my learning on the professional practices and ethical codes of conduct that a

sure that the trust of the people within the organization and other business values are well
maintained. This would also include the details about the learning activity with the impact

Task 1: Learning Activity Table
Every professionally qualified person has common activities to offer their business
organization at some point in the career for a lone desire of starting their own professional
practice. Professional practice can be of a diversify and nature as the conduction of a
profession is not just restricted to only one kind of profession but there can be inclusion of
service, accountants, solicitors, architects, engineers and many other willing to have their
own professional practice. The primary problem that I have faced as a difference between the
traditional business practices and the latest business practices is the number of information
increasing every year and I have also found that the most problems that business
organizations face amongst every other problem is the use increase in number in the clients.
Since the number of clients increase, there is also a huge rise in the number of information
that the business need to keep within itself. This is why a business organization can face
different kind of challenge for keeping their own professional practice and maintaining the
customer engagement and customer satisfaction at the same time. The ethical conducts that a
business organization need to follow to keep up with the professional practice also several
issues because of the complex business structure. Therefore I will study several literature that
have been presented by different authors in this regard to have a qualitative collection of
different data in information about the findings that these researchers have put forward.
Based on that following will be a table where I will categorize the different general resources
that I have gone through, the learning activity that I have followed and their impact and
evidences listed in the table below:

key paradox of running
a business according to

that business

organizations do not
accept the ever

the clients with respect
to the business and

is an inevitable fact
that the people who are
involved in a business
as clients would like to
come back to the

they receive better

The problem that I
have faced being a
