INTRODUCTION
In respect to consider reflection, own learning and effectiveness will be consider that
assists to manage systematic work program in the business. In this consideration, report analysis
effectiveness and usefulness of learning experience (Taylor, 2017).
REFLECTIVE
1. Evaluate effectiveness and usefulness of learning experience.
Through the analysis the overall study I got learn the importance of social networking
channel and their different important applications in order to build the better strategic goal.
Throughout the overall research I got to learn different skills and knowledge which helps me to
bring new challenges and opportunities in my career growth. My learning outcomes from the
research are very much helpful for me to take new further opportunity through I got to learn so
many ways to meet be future objectives. Apart from that, it will be more challenging and
effective for better performance (Redmond, 2017). More apart, through collecting the different
data from primary and secondary resource that help me to enhance my skills or knowledge which
is more necessary for continuous learning process.
2. How this learning process useful to you
Overall, study based on social networking and their effectiveness in business activities. It
also helps to gain the better decision making approach which helps me to get the best
approachable market growth. Moreover, throughout the study I got to learn that, the concept of
the social networking gives wast output performance in order to meet the needs of the
organization goals. Overall research has been discussed about social networking in Tesco
organization. My learning throughout the study is new learning, better decision making
approach, gain knowledge in social media marketing. Apart from that, it will also help to get the
best effective making task performance. I also go through the different techniques used by the
Tesco through they connect their target market customers. It also helps to bring new matter of
fact and growth making performance. In current market growth it has been seen that, many of the
organization has been used social networking to enhance the overall growth or make better
connectivity level with their customers. Through I got to learn that customer connectivity is the
most necessary goal for the organization. End of the part, I got to analyzed the better
connectivity growth has been given growth oriented task under which they all things has to be
considered in serious manner. Apart from that, moreover, it helps to bring new changes and

challenges and threats through company needs to facing low productivity level. During the
overall process, I have collects some essential data and resources through my research skills has
been increased which helps me for my career goals. Apart from that, moreover, research helps
me to develop my interpersonal skills and presentable skills which is very much necessary and
productive for an individual career (Reynolds, 2017). During the research project I got to learn
some important aspects for runs the business. It helps to take my career more apart and
challenging apart from that, it will be more challenging and helpful for me to take new
adventitious and better decision making growth. The most important thing I have learned from
this study is that social networking gives higher profitability to customers. Which makes
company more challenging and more competitive.
3. What happened in learning process
Apart from that, more apart it will also help to generate the best manner. It will be given
or providing the best opportunity to make the better strategic growth. Through this research I
also got to learn so many ways to interact with people through which I got to enhance my
communication level and better connectivity growth with peoples. On the other hand, through
this research I also got to learn my personal strength and weaknesses which affects my career
growth and challenging performance level. Personal analysis is most important and required
which helps me to brings new challenges and better connectivity level. Overall, learning
provides me better opportunity to growth and task oriented performance. It gives better effective
process making task which gives better target market goals and performance level. For me it was
my good experienced in order to undertake the best performance level. Moreover, it will be
