Change can be easily managed through responsible leadership. It is essential for an
organization to select a suitable and efficient leader. There are many firms facing disruption with
the new social forces, so businesses are required to make changes in products and services in
order to satisfy the demand of people. As per given scenario, being the leader, I have to face
challenges and develop effective strategies to deal with the same. I have a strategy for successful
change management. In organization, I will make sure that I have appropriate personal skills to
navigate the significance disruption in organization. In context to the change management, I need
to understand the scope of project. It means, I is required take time to understand the changes
which are needed to be done. Along with this, I will also set up the priorities which will help me
in managing these changes. Further, I can decide the course of change that is occurring and
mapping the effects of change in organization. The change may negatively or positively affect
company. It is necessary to identify the department where change is not implemented. It is
equally important for me to engage staff members and ensure that whether they are working to
carry out changes or not.
To become a responsible leader, I will try to motivate, communicate and engage
employees in a new vision of sustainable development and the necessary change. I need to make
employees aware about the change and benefits of same. If employee understands the benefits of
changes made by organization then they will accept the changes. For becoming a responsible
leader, I am required to be of open minded and need to carry out effective communication with
workers. In addition to this, Is is important to solve their problems without making any
discrimination. Before making any changes, it is also required to consult with employees so that
they can be motivated. Being a leader, I need to provide motivation for carrying out and
motivating change. In order to successfully implement changes, I will try to to create sense of
urgency and importance in front of others. I know that change cannot happen unless the
employee is not clearly aware about their roles and strategies.
For implementing the change, I need to communicate and often share information and
keep employees update and encourage them to accept the changes. At the time of change, I need
to be decisive and set priorities that support the change in organization. As a leader, I can hold
people in the organization who are responsible for the change. I realize that change is difficult

and It is important to understand the need of people in order to make them motivated. I need to
act as an advocate for the change at every level of organization. I am required to understand the
needs of multiple stakeholders and their interests At the time of change, workers in organization
expect effective and sensible planning., Employee want that leader should be supportive for
them.
In the process of change there should be incorporate culture of an organization as it create
problem in facility the changes. Employee have not responsibility tot mange the change, it is in
the hand of leader. I require to see that workers are not affected by the changes and should get
chance to manage the change. If leader helps in adjusting the change environment then employee
should support them. At the time of implementing the change should communicate the benefits
of it such as a way through which Change can reduce the burden of workload. Inform the all
level staff of organization they will help in developing the changes. Open communication is
important factor for applying the changes in organization. I understood that at the time of change
leader must be responsible for working and what is not working. Responsibility is to look each
and every aspects of the organization. Such as culture, management process and employee work.
For making sure that all are working properly or not. If they are not, then leader is required to fill
the gap and take action for improving the function of organization. Employee wants that leader
should be direct and transparent. Hence, the main responsibility of leader is to manage the
change require care , communication and commitment.
