In this era, change management is essential for the organization to increase its growth and
make a useful atmosphere. This issue is being an imperative concept as it facilitates effective
changes and support to get positive responses. The change management facilitates to firm for
ensuring their business sustainability as well as market competitiveness (Booth, 2015).
Effective change management is effective in every organization with respect to supporting
the executives as well as workforces for rapidly changing the corporate occurrence. The
research questions of the study are effective in finding new ways to meet the organizational
task. I meet my tutor and understood the importance of the research topic and take permission
to start the writing skills of research. After the confirmation of the research topic, I started to
work on my topic as it is essential for the study.
The literature review – the search process, summarising relevant articles, designing the
outline of the literature review, writing up the literature review
The literature review section that could be effective for operating research issue. It was taught
by me that many sources has been entailed by the investigator to get reliable data towards
research issue (Hord and Hall, 2014). The search procedure is effective for the procedure is
effective to understand different ways to collect the adequate information and mete the
research goal. In the search process, I covered many sources named as the google scholars,
Google, business sources, IEEE, research gate, Sage, and Emerald were used by to collect the
data in a systematic manner (Booth, 2015).
It is observed that different articles are considered by me to summarize the whole study. It
can also support to get data and make reliable decision. I make the design of literature review
before starting of this act to systematically conduct this study a make decision towards study
matter. I also understood different skills of the writing for effective literature review. It is

effective for attainment of organizational task. I understood that which methods have been
effective in making an effective literature review. It is observed that peer review is effective
for making a reliable literature review. It was observed that there are certain elements that
could affected to the overall study named as sources of data, quality of paper, and cost of
papers. These could be affected by the overall productivity of the organization (Matos
Marques Simoes and Esposito, 2014).
Research methodology – discussions about methods, sampling, questionnaire, data
analysis, and interpretation
I read many books to comprehend the selection of suitable research tool and techniques
named as research strategies, research approaches, information gathering tools, and data
analysis tools. I also understood many sources of sampling that has been considered by the
investigator as it facilitates to complete the study in a systematic way. From this section, I
understood certain tools named as qualitative as well as the quantitative method that has been
considered by the researcher to obtain data in favour of the research issue. It was taught by
me the selection of suitable method could support to the researcher to give a direction to the
investigator for getting the data in favour of the research matter. The sampling tool is
effective to select a suitable sample size that could assist the investigator to conduct their
study and make a decision effectively (Goetsch, and Davis, 2014).
It was taught by me the survey through questionnaire method that is effective in collecting
direct responses of participants towards research matter. It was observed by me that the
design of the survey that facilitates to get a reliable outcome. It is observed the importance of
data analysis and interpretation is imperative to evaluate collected data as it could be effective
in obtaining data reliable information towards the research matter. I understood that a
research methodology section is an essential tool to conduct a research act by selecting

feasible data collection method. I learned the data analysis section is an imperative technique
in meeting the research aim and objectives.
Distilling the findings from the data
Findings is an effective section of the study as it supported to comprehend the collected
primary data by secondary sources (Kuipers, et al., 2014). The researcher has evaluated the
data analysis section and make an amendment if it is necessary of the same. It could be
effective for increasing correctness of research result. I gained my existing knowledge of
research matter.
Writing up the Project Report
At the time of writing project report, I facet from many different issues that affect the overall
result. I also gained my existing awareness about the many factors that might be affected by
the writing of the project named as the writing skills, the accuracy of the collected data, and
knowledge regarding the topic. I understood that such skills could be effective for the
attainment of the research task. I understood that an individual should always remind such
factors at the time of writing of the project (Doppelt, 2017).
Reflecting on the research experience, insights gained, teamwork
I enhanced my existing awareness about many factors named as teamwork and research
experience. I get both positive as well as negative experience towards the study matter. In
this, I improved my perception of research skills that could be effective for the attainment of
the organizational task (Cameron and Green, 2015). I gained my understanding of the
research skills that could be essential for the attainment of research goal. It will also offer an
opportunity to conduct the research study in the upcoming period that will save my time as
well as cost.
I understood that the teamwork is effective to make a reliable relationship with others along
with supporting to corporate each other. It will be supported to comprehend the importance of

others that will be effective for retaining the position of mine in the upcoming period when I
will be employed in any organization (Hayes, 2018).
