INTRODUCTION
It is very important for an individual person to develop their skills on employability
because this are important for your life goals and they help in doing their work in
organization and management in organization want in their employees to have great skills so
that they able to perform in their organization. If I want to become a successful in my life
then I have to developed my skills and perform various activities which help me to
understand and have a great knowledge with developing my skills. This report is based on
developing transferable and employability skills in reference to Bucks Graduate Attributes
(Cunningham, 1999). This reference author helps me a lot to develop my skills and
knowledge which help me to perform my task and activity well in organization. In this report
it includes critically reflect on relationship between relevant theory and practices in reference
to their work related and it also includes articulate and evaluate implications of experiences,
skills, competencies and their knowledge in work related settings. This report also includes
reflection on apply learning’s from work related experience to their future goals and career

Critically Reflect on Relationship between relevant theory and practices in their work
related contexts
In today’s fast moving enterprise environment, it is now no longer sufficient to inspire
your crew to apply their skills. If I want to empower then I have to expand new one.

focuses on growth and behaviour at the same time. Studies show that growth-minded leaders

both me and my organization are at risk of stagnation (Diamantopoulos, 2010). So, in order to
act, I and my team need to have the right knowledge, skills and abilities. Knowledge is a
theoretical or practical understanding of a subject. Skills are that are developed through
training and experience and there skill is ability which they have to applied in their
organization to perform various activities which help management to accomplished their

objectovges. In this management have to set their employees positive mind set so that they
able to perform their task with full potential in organization. This will improve efficiency of
organization and this will indirectly improve and enhance performance level of organization.
Know Skills: As a leader, there are some skills you must always practice. This does not mean
internalizing or intellectualizing these skills, but taking practical steps to put them into
practice. But what are the most important skills to build and practice? Studies show that
developing human, technical, and conceptual skills increases the likelihood of business
progress. Human skills are based on relationships and influence how we communicate with
others (Greene, 2021). These are skills that help your team influence and motivate them to
effectively achieve their organization's goals. But they are not the same as interpersonal
skills. Human skills help open you to ideas from all sources, increase empathy for others'
motivations, and adapt team members. In organization it is very important for management
that they know skills of each employees in their organization so that they know which is best
in field so that they assign that task so that they perform and complete this activity very
effectively and this will help management to complete their primary objectives very
efficiently and effectively so that they compete their competitors in market.
What happen if doesn’t practice: Practice is more important than theory, author and coach
