INTRODUCTION
Orientation of success in the higher education tend to showcase student's perspective for
accomplishing its academic targets, through which it tends to achieve that it is able to achieve its
desired target. Analysis on the achieved knowledge base which is being achieved during
academics career is being within this report. With that evaluation on the individual performance
in context to strength and weaknesses is also being done in the report. Analysis on the
knowledge which is being achieved while working within the team working is being analysed in
the report. Study on the stress management steps is also being evaluated within the report.
MAIN BODY
Analysis of Knowledge
Topic 1: Team work skills
Individuals, like me have to often work working the team for the achievement of desired
target. Therefore, I often have to work working the Tuckman theory of team management. The
theory includes several elements which are as following.
Forming- This is first stage in which the team is being formed and team members like me are
being introduced to each other. Since this is the initial stage due to which the team members are
not having an understanding about the thinking process of others and tend to work as an
individual (Khachatryan and Alaverdyan, 2017).
Storming- This is the second stage which the team have to face, in this stage conflicts tend to
happen within team due to creative issues, miss-communication and other factors. It is an most
critical stage through which the team has to go through and there are high chances that team is
broken. Therefore, conflicts have to be resolved as soon as possible.
Norming- Once the conflicts are being resolved then this stage arises in which team members
are able to understand the working pattern of others and due to which are being able to make
appropriate improvisation in their working patter (Fittipaldi, 2020). Since, the individual like me
tend to showcase high level of engagement in working within team due to which high motivation
can be seen within the team.
Performing- In this stage team members like me collaborate their working pattern with each
other and make concentrated efforts, by playing their role within the team operation. Through

Topic 1: Team work skills

Thus as being working within team I have to ensure that I am able to evaluate the
working capability of the team and that basis is able to take appropriate steps, through which my
performance within the team can be improved. With that I also have to make sure that I am able
to take appropriate necessary steps through which the desired target can be achieved.
Topic 2: Managing stress
For being an individual tend to be performing several activities I have to make sure that I am
able to achieve high level of work productivity. Thus in order to achieve this I have to make
several efforts through which my problem solving skills is improved. Therefore, in order to
reduce the stress levels I have to perform several activities which are as following.
Develop strategy for proper workload management is an important step through which I
can identify the work requirement and then can take appropriate steps. Through which the by
which stress can be reduced (Khachatryan and Alaverdyan, 2017). This happens because since I
am able to identify the working pattern and therefore can improvise the action such that the
chances of target achievement will be increased.
Time management is important in order to reduce the stress level I have to develop
working strategies on the bases of checkpoints, through which integrated approach can be made
for the achievement of desired target. This has to be done by having a clear understanding about
the deadline till which the task has to be completed.
Clear identification of requirement is necessary to understand that stress is often being
generated when the individual like me is not able to identify the requirements. Thus, by having
an efficient understanding about the target I can ensure that I am able to identify specific small
targets which have to be accomplished.

During the academic performance I have to make sure that I am able to understand the
core concepts of the lessons and due to which through the use of critical thinking I can identify

Strengths;
I am having an efficient visual learning skills through which I tend to assure that I am
able to increase my knowledge base. This was highly beneficial for me in my learning phase
with the OSHE classes, this is highly beneficial for me. Due to the fact that I often have to work
within the teams because of which I have to guarantee that I am able to acquire my target. But
also at the same time I can evaluate the working pattern of other team member and can integrate
their specialities within my working process. Through this step I ensure that I am able to improve
my goal achievement capability (Kusumoto, 2018). Thus, for achieving this my efficient
communication skill will be highly beneficial for me. This can be seen in the case of team
working in which I have to establish communication with other team members. This efficient
communication skill increases my contribution in team discussion methods.
Weaknesses:

identify the specific sections which is affecting its performance. Through this approach
individual can ensure that concentrated targetted actions are being made by utilizing the
strengths. Through which performance can be improved and chances of goal achievement can be
increased. With that individuals also have to make sure that they are able to improvise their
working accordingly, such that they are able to perform well within team and as well as an single
entity. However, this is not as easy as it is being said because specific roles are being provided to
participants within the team. Whereas, while working as an single entity targets have to
