Learnings upon effective communication skills and their effect on workplace behaviour.
I have learned that effective communication skills in workplace is back bone of any
industry for their working conditions. Employees in organization must be aware about how to
effectively convey and receive their message and other important details to their employees and
even among several colleges. The practices will lead to impress the boss along with manage
effective work practices and satisfy the client for personal and organizational growth as well.
These practices involve -
Listening
As per my knowledge developing of effective listening skills will lead to good and
meaningful communication, as not a single individual is interested to communicate with the
person who does not case about another person's point of view. The type must be polished by
taking time of listen what other individual is looking to convey.
The practice will lead to better and good understanding of what an individual is trying to
say to another person or even a group and further will definitely lead to effective practices of
communication. The practice also let an individual feel that he is valued among their people and
boost their performances alongside for development of effective work conditions (Radošević,
Blažeka Kokorić and Laklija, 2019).
Non Verbal communication
I have developed my knowledge that non verbal communication practices involve eye
contact, body language, gesture and tone of voice will justify the message an individual is trying
to convey like eye contact during any conversation is too important as it state to the speaker that
listener is interested in their thoughts and will not make them un comfortable.
Paying attention on non verbal signals of other people will lead to justify the feelings of
individual by that to must be done in effective manner that will not make the speaker
uncomfortable and I have learned that if an individual is avoiding eye contact or is un
comfortable he might be hiding the truth or is in intention of hiding things from his colleges and
people working with them (Perreira and Berta, 2016).

I have developed my learnings upon importance of negotiation helps in elimination of
confusion between groups along with the fact that they focus on establishing medium where two
or more parties focus on meeting in between for the purpose of collective bargaining for
company's procedures (Yue, Wang and Groth, 2016).
As understanding between two and their effective negotiation practice will help
attainment of desired objectives and develop healthy environment for effective working
conditions where employees help each other and focus that their colleges also perform task in
effective way so they aim for attainment of organizational activates and develop practices of self
motivation as well.
Help development of ideas
As per my learnings effectiveness of negotiation practice along with influential skills will
lead to generation and development of idea from across the entire team of the organization which
will further result in enormous plans and alternative for betterment or controlling of any activity
