INTRODUCTION
There is requirement of people having good professional skills so that they can manage
the work properly. It is concluded that there is efficient way to manage the professional growth
and development by evaluating own skills and abilities in proper manner (Feucht, Lunn
Brownlee, and Schraw, 2017). There is need to manage and enhance the present skills in order to
manage the business activities or college tasks properly. There is effective need of developing
own skills in order to manage the working abilities. These will help to analyse the main activities
which can be done in proper manner to achieve goals and objectives. There is efficient need of
having a proper way to manage the professional as well as personal growth in terms of having a
proper work. For a student, it is very essential to have proper skills and abilities for managing the
organisational activities and tasks.

Effective and important skills
It is analysed by me that as a student, I have learnt a lot of things during my academic tenure.
These skills are learnt by me for enhancing the future activities which is will be performing.
There is opportunity for me to enhance my career and profession in different fields by managing
these key areas. I have seen that it is concluded that some of the abilities are required during my
academic tenure that will allow me to handle the job. The most important ability to add to the
successful organisation of many tasks is diplomatic skills. Operations must be done with the
application of skills and talents. These will assist with better handling the job (Gelfuso, 2016). I
am allocated multiple assignments and duties to handle the job. Projects and activities need to be
efficiently handled by the correct use of tools and expertise. When overseeing the execution of
programmes, I have to speak to numerous individuals. So, there is a need to better handle the job
efficiently. In order to handle the consultation of numerous professors and students, good and
efficient communication is required. There was a need to handle the job by using a lot of
expertise when managing multiple complicated issues. These will aid with the successful
management of leadership knowledge and talents. Awareness of culture is also important for the
management of several organisations. Thus, I have evaluated that for me it is necessity to
manage the work properly for developing new skills that will lead to manage the work. It is seen
that various ways of managing the work are conducted properly for developing efficient ways to

had to be pursued. In order to resolve the doubts related to the study topic, I have to consult
numerous professors as well as seniors while performing the research. A good listening capacity
will help me to balance both the work of the research and the work of the project. If I can't relate
to people, on the other hand, he's going to face a lot of issues, even if I hesitate, and he's not
going to be positive as he speaks to other academics and elders. In order to handle the workload
effectively, effective communication must also be developed. Since observing academic
meetings and classes, I have acquired listening skills and I am sure which I have been using for
managing my projects and tasks in college.
