INTRODUCTION
There is a requirement of skills and professionalism in an individual so that there
is going to be higher satisfaction and performance in the individual. The report is going
to consist of challenges and skills which are required to achieve the goals and targets in
individual. To have a higher satisfaction and understanding there are a lot of
improvement which needs to be done and would be discussed in the report.
MAIN BODY
Reflection
There is a lot of learning which I have gained from the lessons which are taught
to me in class which are going to be present in this reflective essay. Driscoll model is
going to be used in this essay in order to have a better analysis of the skills and
improvement which I have gained in from the lessons. Reflecting on the learning is very
important so that there is going to be better understanding of the topic which is going to
help me be able to develop myself for the future. The following report is going to discuss
the reflection with the help of the model so that there is a better understanding.
What for digital literacy
I have learned the importance of digital literacy to be able to achieve the targets
and goals of the task. There were a lot of tools like Microsoft Office, One Drive, etc
which was introduced to the students so that they can achieve the right method of
achieving the target (Shum and et.al., 2017). It is very important to stay safe while using
a digital platform and also use the right information to be able to have good functioning
and outcomes. Videos have to be made effective and colourful so that the best can be
taken out of me which is going to be very good.
So what for digital literacy
I learned that losing the information can be very bad to be able to achieve the
goals and success. Therefore there was a use of search engines which was present

and I learned more about it which made me gain a lot of knowledge and experience.
Now I can use Microsoft Office and PowerPoint to be able to represent my report an
essays by using a lot of text images and videos in them which is going to make my work
even more exciting and interesting for the audience. There is a lot of learning which is
present in digital literacy and since it is also changing and improving with time there is
more attention and importance which needs to be given to this factor in life is what I
have gathered from the modules (Lampert-Shepel and Murphy, 2019).
Now what for digital literacy
There is a lot of new information which can be gained from search engines and
very specific information also which can be used for the project. I have now the
experience to be able to make my presentation and essays more interesting and
colourful which is going to get me more attention and outcomes of the project (Shum
and et.al., 2016). I have also learned how to organise my emails according to the
priorities and that is a personal plan which can be created by me after all the modules
which I have studied in the class. From digital literacy there has to be good creativity as
well which is required so that there is going to be higher functioning which is going to be
present and that is going to make the individuals have a better functioning and I will be
able to develop n the career goals as well which is a very good factor.
What for reading
I learned that there are a lot of advantages which reading has and for that there
has to be a good improvement which is required. Floor reading there is an improvement
in the body language and understanding the symbol and their importance is what I have
gathered from the topics which were discussed in the lecture (McLeod and et.al., 2020).
There is a requirement of an effective strategy and scanning of reading as well which is
going to be even more beneficial for the individuals so that there is going to be effective
working which is going to be present.
So what for reading
There are a lot of improvements which I’ve made in my verbal, physical, mental,
etc by reading. I have also been able to communicate with the people around me well
because it is important to do so which is going to make me gain a lot of new information

as well. There’s a difference between reading and scanning which again I have
developed and been able to understand this factor which is very important for my
growth and be able to make me achieve my personal carrier.
Now what for reading
To have the right conversation it is important to have the right knowledge and by
reading there is a lot of improvement which I can see in myself. If I applied these factors
in my workplace not just the team but I will also be able to have a unique identity and be
able to come up with better solutions for situations. Have a personal development plan
to be able to achieve in the workplace and would be very beneficial for me
(Featherstone, 2020). There are a lot of situation which rise in front of people and as an
individual I have learnt a lot from reading which can be used in the practical life as well
which is going to be very helpful for a long run.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that there is a requirement of good
skills and knowledge like communication, problem solving, creativity, team work, self
confidence, etc which need to be present in an individual so that there are going to be
higher achievement and satisfaction with the lifestyle which they have created for
themselves. It is very important to have satisfaction and higher lifestyle so that the
individuals can have a better overall achievement and benefits for themselves.
