INTRODUCTION
Reflective development report refer to the report which explain the reflective experience
on the report of how the development is made and the changes which are taken to improve or
achieve the objective. The report will explain the learning styles and the learning process which
include the personal development plan. Further the report will explain the future development
plan and its importance to achieve goals.
MAIN BODY.
Task 1
Learning style : -
I identify that I have good strength in the learning through the auditory learning as there
are several features the development can be done and I developed the information in learning
through more in auditory. I realized this by giving the self assessment test and it showed that I
have skills of learning through auditory (Deveci and Nunn, 2018). On the other hand I found that
I need to develop the visual learning and the tactics file in the process of development so that I
can develop a basis of increased in development. It is crucial for me to develop the learning skills
in achievement of the growth.
Telephone learning : -
I learned a lot of skills and get the knowledge about the same as there are several online
tutors and other credential when I realized that I need to develop the communication skills.
Started learning new concept and developed the working in the self learning. I gave up on this
when I saw that there is some sort of stoppage in the learning, and I am not getting something
new to learn in the online process and need to develop the offline learning to implement in
practical ways (Martins, and et.al.,., 2019).
Evaluation : -
The evaluation is that I increased a lot of skills through different process of learning to
include the auditory and the visual learning as well. I get to know that there are several situations
where I lack including the online learning where I need to practice the learning into practical
implementation. There help me in understanding that every instruction is important and learning
is crucial from all type of ways to make it impactful in the personal and professional growth.
Working on the skills required to improve the different ways of practicals implementation of
knowledge (Findlay and et.al., 2017).

CIPD & Examine skills and knowledge: -
The skills and the knowledge of the Chartered Institute of personal development explain
that it is crucial to develop the skills which are required to future development. The model of
CARK can be used in the identification of the knowledge and also in the process of developing
the industry in achievement of business development. Working for the same include that there
are Visual learning, aural learning. There are crucial learning which can help in the development
of the personal development in workplace. It will also increase in the chances to develop more
about the working in the process of better opportunity and growth in business (CIPD):.
Training and development of employer : -
The training and development of the employer are they need to develop the presentation
skills so that the employee gets to understand more about there responsibility in the workplace. It
is crucial for the employer to provide the best of the research and knowledge to the employee
and create an impact on the working of business development and knowledge. This will provide
them in increase performance and also increase the relation of the employee and employer.

The qualifications are the graduate and I have a lot of knowledge including the
professional skills and development where I develop personal learning, presentation skills,
practical implementation skills, good team work and a fast learner in development of new skills.
Working in the development there are a lot of process to develop in the workplace and I need to
improve my working to increase more of the skills. This includes development in increase of
creativity and presentation skills with the implementation in leadership development. I need to
develop the skills to learn more about my personal development (Haugen and et.al., 2019). I am

a good team persona ans can handle a lot of people in the team but on the other hand I lack in the
leadership to provide. Implementation in the skills to increase the process of development in the
learning process. I am developing through practical implementation and also creating the
development of different segments. These skills will help me in development of further process
in my future growth as well. It will increase in the opportunity in the professional development
in future and create the future process of increasing more of the skills to develop better
performance. While working on the development of the skills and learning the history I have in
learning to provide that I have good understanding with my aural learning skills.
The experience shows that I developed the learning and finding about my strength in the
management. I am good with the learning and team working which I developed and improved in
the corporate training I did. There are improvement from the past, and I am continuously
improving in the development of learning.

modelling and designing. This refers to the process of developing the design and knowledge
which help in making the modelling of the project in different business. Building information
model refer to the process of development and increase in the information of increased
knowledge for the modelling design. CAD refers to the software which need to be trained to the
people as it include the process of making the use of software in development of the 3D and 2D
design. These are crucial, and they required proper training and development in the business as
well they required to develop the process of increased performance in the business. The software
help in making the product design which further help in making the manufacturing of the product
and services in the business and also develop the quality working. Development of the

Working on the personal development and understanding the personal skills I realized
that I will be good with the management skills. I focused on the strength I have in the skills and

workplace and I can impact a lot in the organization to develop the working in achieving

understanding are matching with the tutor and it is implementing in the same way. Both myself
and the tutor suggest for the management opportunity in career path as there are the skills which
is crucial for the development in management sector and also can help me in creating more
chances in getting better results. With the same conclusion it is crucial for me to develop some
plan to implement in the future development. This is crucial for me to make sure that I am
developing a plan to increase the working and make more of the chances to work in better
results. Skills which are lacking need to be planned to achei9ve the overall objective in the future
