how can I be capable of analysing my personality and find my strengths and weaknesses. By
studying this course, now I am able to improving and developing in terms of personal and
professional by coping up with my own potentials (Mathew, Mathew and Peechattu, 2017). I
learned that making constant developments in my personality can build up a positive platform for
me to gain positive outcomes and manage myself effectively. My prime aim of growing skills is
to strengthen opportunities for developing my talent and enhance my complete scope of living a
desirable life and to detain a high position in the company to evolve professionally (Bruno and
Dell’Aversana, 2017).
In this course, I get to learn that how leadership contributes in achieving cusses in the business.
This learning is helping me in my present designation that is leader in Amazon. Skills of Leader
are to show belief, agony, aspiration and endurance amid the team. This skill makes me pliable
orderly to compel compound decisions. Ascendancy is the factor that escorts me to victorious
leadership and supports my colleagues to execute well for rising productivity of the company
(Bassot, 2016). This supports me to superbly determine the civilization, worth’s, alter tolerance,

review spread sheets in detail, research online, collect data and know the competitor information.
It is also an investigation skill that is important for me as it allows me to discover solutions of
twain censorious and general problems and prepare detailed decisions of the steps which will be
pulled freshly for the advancement of effectiveness in the firm.
Some bad things were also associated with these studies. Short time was allotted to understand
everything that was explained by my tutor. If I would get more time to learn at that moment then
I could better explore each and every segment properly according the teachings of my tutor.
Problem solving was also one skill that I have learned in this course which taught me to lead
different kinds of issues and find their suitable solutions. A conflict was raised in between class
that was really disturbing us and that conflict demands coordination from us to solve the issue
and accomplish the project (Attard, 2017). It was very tough for us to allocate task between us. I
have evaluated how distant I came up with my absolute resolutions and value myself and the
whole experiences associated with me. Self-reliance is the character of capabilities and skills. I
begin to believe in own and possess a sense of sway in my existence. At present I envisage
myself as I desire to be, assert myself, I carry out one condemnatory thing that terrify me to a
