Employability skills is defined as an transferable skills which is needed in a person to
become employable. In addition to this, it is a set of skills which is highly required in an
individual to attain better opportunities and to attain their desired goals effectively. For a student,
employability skills plays vital role in order to gain job in a renowned organisation. It also assist
people in developing positive mind set and impression in front of employers or higher
authorities. In this competitive market, organisations chooses those candidates who have and
effective employability skills that is good communication, problem-solving, time management,
team work, adaptability, patience and many more. In the present report, Gibbs reflective model is
describe that involves experiences gained by performing the presentation. In addition to this, it is
analysed that reflective based learning assist an individual to attain knowledge about various
skills & competencies required to be learnt for gaining better opportunities in future.

Leadership skills is defined as willingness of a person to influence, encourage, motivate and
inspire and individual to attain desired objectives and common goal effectively and timely as
well. It is determined that with having effective leadership skills helps an individual to maintain
good relationship with other people that is required to stay and deal in corporate sectors. In the
first task, leadership skills and styles of Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon is already described. It is
determine by me that effective leadership skill is required in order to develop effective teams and
provide directions to others in an appropriate manner. For making a presentation, there are
various skills, knowledge and competencies is needed that assist in gaining positive outcomes.
My overall experience by developing a presentation was good, which will assist me to perform
effectively in coming future. For presenting my overall learning and experience, Gibbs reflective
model will be applied that consist of different stages. It will assist me to clearly express my
overall experience and learning which I gain by developing presentation on leadership skills and
styles of CEO of Amazon.

Gibbs reflective cycle: This model was proposed in the year 1998 by Graham Gibbs which
state that learning and experience comes by performing the task and activities in a proper
manner. With the help of Gibbs reflection model, it is determine by me that an individual can
attain knowledge, competencies and skills by performing task and activities on particular topic.
Along with this, such model assist an individual to gain understanding about what they have
done, where they lack, what skills they placed & how they deal with particular situations. The
stages include in Gibbs model state my over experience associated with the presentation
developed by me on Leaderships skills and is given below:
Description: It is the first stage that consist of proper description of situations and activities
required to be carry out by an individual. I have created a presentation on leadership skills &
styles of Jeff Bezos. For performing presentation in a proper manner, I have taken help of
teachers and mentors and did a lot of research. It assist me to gain knowledge or understanding
about how a presentation is developed in an effective and proper way. In order to gain insight
about the roles and responsibilities along with the task need to perform, I have asked by project
mentor to instruct all the team members and specify them the roles as it assist in reducing the
level of conflicts and also help in completed presentation properly. Moreover, it is analysed by
me that I have the capability to handle situations properly that helped me out to maintained good
relationship with all the team members which in turn assist in performing presentation in more
effective as well as attractive manner.
Feelings: It is consider as a second step of Gibbs reflective cycle that state the feeling of a
person at the time of performing a specific task. In the starting of project, I was happy and
excited that I assigned with the role of team leader. With the passage of time, my overall
excitement is decline & it is turn into the tension and conflicts as well. It is analysed by me that
maintaining the same level of enthusiasm and excitement in team members from starting to the
ending of presentation is difficult. This situations and conditions has tested my patience level and
team building skills. Further, it is analysed by me that I have effective team building skills and
because of this, I am able to delivered presentation in a proper and timely manner.
Evaluation: In this stage, the experience and learning gained by an individual by creating
presentation is evaluated on the basis of whether it is good or not. My overall experience while
developing presentation was good as I got the chance to perform as a team leader. On the other
side, there are various issues faced by me because of lack of problem-solving skills. It is
state that learning and experience comes by performing the task and activities in a proper
manner. With the help of Gibbs reflection model, it is determine by me that an individual can
