INTRODUCTION
Community participation can be described as a philosophy that encourages collective
work by individuals, organisations, and teams in order to foster potential solutions to societal
issues and problems while also promoting the well-being of those involved. It is a mechanism
in which an organisation, a group of individuals, or some other kind of team comes together
to collaborate for the betterment of society by formulating and implementing policies or
campaigns that will improve society's current level. The development and implementation of
a group involvement proposal or initiative will assist a business organisation in improving
customer satisfaction. The primary goal of community engagement is to make a positive
contribution to the culture and community in which the company operates and performs its
functions. The proposed reflective study would include information about the experience and
understanding I gained through the “Community Engagement in global giving charity”
project. It is not for profit organisation that provides solution to the problems that are faced
by the clients. It aids in the development of improved networking, teamwork,
communication, problem-solving ability, and interaction skills.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs Model
The Gibbs Model is a reflective model that helps people to display their learning
experiences in a formal and intentional way. Individuals should use the Gibbs model to offer
deep perspectives into each stage in a comprehensive manner and to portray their learning
experience in an engaging and fitting manner. Gibbs model of reflection was chosen to
represent my learning experience because it is more accurate and applicable to the
requirements of the proposed reflective study. The Gibbs Model's various phases are as
follows: -
Description
I was given an assignment titled "Public Engagement on Charity Businesses," in
which I had to describe the current community engagement activities in the charity industry. I
had to figure out the different aspects and characteristics of group involvement, as well as

how they support the market and social engagement of the respective businesses or
organisations in the field. The project enabled me to state that community involvement is one
of the most important and promising components that can assist a charity company in
increasing their social interaction in society. It also gave me the opportunity to consider the
various practises used by the companies to streamline their community involvement efforts. It
was a fascinating subject that allowed me to learn and study various businesses and how they
adapt and integrate community involvement variables into their operations. The aim of the
project was to improve my understanding and gain a comprehensive overview of the practises
used by leading organisations in the charity, such as the Global giving. The key goal of the
study was to see how group involvement affected business companies and their activities.
Feeling
During the early stages of the project, I was concerned about whether or not I would
be able to live up to the project's proposed title. However, as I became more familiar with the
philosophy of community involvement and the methods used by numerous business
establishments in the charity industry, I gained sufficient interest in my writing. I have had to
work through a lot of stress in order to follow the project's schedule and deadline. I firmly
believe that in order to complete a project in an accurate and trustworthy way, a person must
have complete trust and faith in their work. It also gave me the opportunity to consider the
various practises used by the companies to streamline their community involvement efforts. It
was a fascinating subject that allowed me to learn and study various businesses and how they
adapt and integrate community involvement variables into their operations. The aim of the
project was to improve my understanding and gain a comprehensive overview of the practises
used by leading organisations in the charity industry, such as the Global giving Charity. The
key goal of the study was to see how group involvement affected business companies and
their activities. Overall, I had a great time working on the project because it allowed me to
develop my self-confidence and flexibility when working on such broad and industry-specific
topics that allowed me to test my knowledge across several dimensions.
Evaluation
The best part of working on this project was the ability to learn too much about the
community engagement process in different charity organisations. The task also assisted me

in producing high-quality work within the specified time frame. The idea that I was initially
reluctant and uncertain about the challenge, but that working on it helped me build trust and
belief in myself over time was really exciting for me as a learner. When working on the
project, my morale was impeccable and amazing in nature. When facilitating the concerned
project study on neighbourhood engagement, my work ethics have improved. The execution
of the study can be explained by the fact that I only used authentic sources and evidence, and
I did not rely on any ambiguous information. One thing that did not go well for me and in
which I had a lot of difficulty was handling my time. I've always been a total procrastinator,
and this trait has had an influence on my job in the past. Even during this particular task, I
began to run out of time, and there was some previous analysis that needed to be completed
in order to form the basis for the project report's derivations. Still I didn't give up hope and
gave it my all to finish the project on time and submit it without delay.
Analysis
The fact that the project's topic was in one of my priority areas may be a contributing
factor in the project's successful execution and accomplishment of all of the project's goals
and criteria. I channelled my power into it in order to get the greatest possible result from my
tireless efforts and unwavering commitment. I am very pleased that I used time management
methods such as creating a time table and incorporating a goal set strategy to help me finish
my job on time and without any unwanted interruptions or delays. In order to write a
knowledgeable and relevant project study, I agree that being assertive and having relevant
information about the atmosphere in which one is doing the project research is critical. I
centred on the community involvement activities governed by the Global giving organisation
in relation to the charity industry's community engagement activities. The former provided
me with the requisite assistance in obtaining appropriate details regarding its global business
operations. The fact that the project's topic was in one of my priority areas may be a

Conclusion
The planned community participation initiative allowed me to learn about the quality
involvement of individuals in their respective industries in community activities led by
charity companies. It also provided me with important insights into the role of sustainable
growth as well as the protection of natural resources such as the ocean and other types of
natural bodies in order to improve the quality of living in society. Working on the assigned
project has helped me realise that group engagement is a large term. There are different
factors which can help charity companies thrive and sustain successfully in the consumer
climate in the business environment. I assume that I have done justice to my job and have
performed best in the creation of the project study. I often think that as students, we must
constantly test ourselves and immerse ourselves in opportunities of a very contradictory and
difficult nature to enable our best versions to shine out and to produce greater outcomes and
results for ourselves. It can be seen that I have taken the best out of this specific project. In
order to draw the inference relevant to the project and attain the learning results associated
with the same in an accurate and convincing manner, I was able to use any kind of prominent
abilities, such as leadership skills, critical thinking capacity, problem-solving ability, and so
on.
Action Plan
Defining and drawing up of a forward and knowledgeable action plan is essential to
ensure that I can do it better and with great performance and strategy optimization, in order to
have an ability to do something that is linked to the current form of project. I may guarantee
this with confidence that I would be more sincere in regard to time management if I are to be
involved in a similar type of project in the future. In order to reach my project objectives and
finish the project quickly within the fixed period of time given by the professors with
productivity and efficiency, I will ensure that I follow a systemic schedule. There are
different factors which can help charity companies thrive and sustain successfully in the
consumer climate in the business environment. I assume that I have done justice to my job
and have performed best in the creation of the project study. I often think that as students, we

I'd make sure I'm inspired enough in the beginning of my project to create a stable foundation
of content rather than having irrational decisions and being swayed by the question of
whether the content is appealing or not. I'm going to trust my intuition and act in line with
them. The relevant practise will assist me in laying a solid basis for the project and leading it
in a constructive and significant manner. Overall, I would guarantee that I can benefit from
the small errors I made during the course of this project's implementation and strive not to
replicate them in the future. The respective philosophy will contribute to my growth as a
learner and excellence in the next chance that awaits my personal and professional future.
CONCLUSION
It can be inferred from the discussions above that I have had an incredibly enriching
experience of working on the project in question. I am a university enthusiast and am glad to
discover some different approaches to facilitate research in an industry and genuinely
integrate it into the project. I am very happy and thankful for the support my teachers have
