required that I should practice learn personally as much as I practice in university. For
the purpose of learning as I got assistance of professors and some of my seniors,

making are key skills and skills becoming important with changing times include
leadership skills, emotional intelligence, team management and diversified team-
management skills. This module also helped me in learning different concepts and
theories involved in business management (Lam, 2018). I realised while studying and
learning these practices and theories that in order to become effective in professional
life, it is important that I learn application of these theories and practices. I feel that I
now possess much more knowledge and skills than I did earlier or before joining the
module. I realised that I have only learned this knowledge and practices and I am not
expert, hence I will require to practice in order to become expert in these skills and
practical application.
Evaluation
Concerned with module and being part of these I do not consider anything that is
bad about this module experience. However, there were certain situations in which I felt
difficulties in learning certain things. One of such elements was learning writing skills,
team-skills in which I was able to learn theoretical aspects however practical application
of was difficult for me to understand and this I understand during activities of team-
development and because of this I realised that I should practice more to develop this
skill. This is one of the most demanding skill in business management profession and
this is why it became very important for me to learn this skill. However certain are also
there which can be learned through practice and along with this I also received helped
from professors and this helped in overall learning through this module.
Analysis
The reason that I consider because of which everything went well and nothing
well badly was that I was participating in module willingly and support available for me
was also important part of success of module. Other than this, during module I also
applied a theory for learning, this theory is experiential learning (Markkanen and et.al.,
2020). This is a process in which individuals learn from their experience and also is
known learning through reflection and doing. Specifically in this when I experience
difficulty in understanding something in practical or in theory, I used concept of
leadership skills, emotional intelligence, team management and diversified team-
management skills. This module also helped me in learning different concepts and

experiential learning. I tried to learn from experience and sometimes understanding its
practical application and learning theory through applications. This is more effective
when learning involved activities during module and in this learning through experience
helped me in understanding concepts and their application. This helped me in
effectively performing during module and ensuring that I can get best of knowledge and
learn every possible skill through this module.
Conclusion
On the basis of module and all the experiences that I have had during the
module it can be concluded that I had great learning during the module that I believe are
going to be very helpful during my professional life. This is because module involved
different types of knowledge that was interesting and engaging and along with support
of professors made this module more effective and better as a learning experience.
However, there were certain incidences where I realised that these are skills and
knowledge that I should be having before participating in module because they are
useful and contributory for the business management profession. But these skills are
not only useful for professional life they are also important for academic success and
this is why I feel that I should be having these skills before joining this module ( Liaquat,
2018). I also realised that I should be having an approach of advance preparation for
future challenges and for expectations of university course. Skills that I require to work
on involves-
