Effective communication skills applicable for professional and academic
As communication skills might be more important in professional and academic through
which they can have better communication for sharing some information. Hence, in professional
context listening to other is more important, it means that show about the actively participation
of person. I would like have the main focused on one person listening to them only rather than
listening to some other person who are saying some other person. I want to develop my
communication skills in academic and professional sector through which that could also help in
developing my goals and achieving the objective. I need to develop more in oral and written
communication because as in some organization they used oral communication for passing some
information and less chance to written communication (Vangrieken and et.al., 2017). So while at
time of oral I can easily understand their language and various types of actions in which sense
they can are doing the action along with what they want to show about any information. In
academic sector some students are more often to have online projects and for that I would like to
take some online course for improving my training in presentation and better communication
skills. As I have also taken more online classes and try to make more sense that might be more
helpful in developing my skills. Being profession and academic it means that I need to take much
knowledge related to my skills and that should help me for taking more advantage in growing
more fields.
In order to develop the skills in written I would like to develop the ability to
communicate with the written work. I would also like to develop my skills while by taking my
teacher or manager about my feedback in which field I am working and might be also helped me
in developing my more skills. If I want to be good communicator than I should engaged myself
in conversation, through which I can easily become the actively listener along with that also
consider for study about the professional communication courses (Sprott, 2019). I will also like
to analysis my activities and other activity's analysis through which I can easily come to know
about that I should I also improve myself for being better in communication skills. With having
poor communication I cannot work in any organization and could not have any better
communication at academic place. It means that I need to take some guidance and also try to
improve more in developing my skills. If I have effective communication skills that could also

lead to have work in group and listen to many people and also adopt people new ideas. This
might be more helpful for me in making clearly and effective communication work. As I am
more able to make good communication with the help of building positive relationship, so that
team can also work with more effectively and I can also take more part in more activities
(Desimone and Pak, 2017). While by taking more active participation that can also lead to
making communication skills better and making me more developed with better skills.
Individual performance experience in eduction and in employment
Efficient communication skill will me to efficiently develop effective communication
with others and through which I can make sure that I am able to collaborate my ideas with others
through which I will be able to improve my performance inn team and also as an individual. This
improves communication skill will provide high level of advantage to my overall work
productivity in my education because I can use this communication for my problem solving and
can take creative solutions from others. This improved communication with others will not only
resolve my problems but will also empower me to take feedbacks from others on the basis of my
performance so that I can analyse the weak areas which are affective my work productivity
(Sanyal and Hisam, 2018). Thus the feedbacks provided by others will be utilized as an different
perspective approach for problem solving and will result in improved overall performance
(Adkins, 2021). This improved performance will be highly beneficial for me in my professional
career because. Through this I can make sure that I am able to implement improvisation in my
working process as per the organizational requirements which will improve my professional
career.
My improved behaviour, will allow others to make collaborative team activities while
including my. This will not only increase my engagement in other activities as well through
which I will be able to analyse different activities and tend to integrate them in my working
pattern through which I can achieve creative new outcomes. This will provide high level of
productivity in my academic performance but as well can be used in improved professional
career. This happen because improved behaviour will enable me to help others in resolving their
problems and because of which I will be able to develop a collaborative team work within the
company in which I tend to provide my services. Thus through efficient utilization of personal
behaviour I will be able to develop team work spirit in my educational and employment segment.

Individuals like me often tend to develop in several activities through which it can achieve
efficient work experience which can be integrated in the future working so that the develop work
result will be able to provide advantage of the previous work. Also at the same time will provide
new benefits of the actions done to achieve a desired target. Therefore by developing my
engagement with several activities I can make sure that I am able to efficient able to utilize my
learning experience to achieve a improved performance in my educational performance. With
that I can also utilize this implementation of different learning in my professional career through
which I can make sure that I am able to provide high level of work productivity and creativity in
my professional career (Abualoush and et.al, 2018). This is necessary because through
integrating my experience whether in my academics or in professional career I can make sure
that I able to make concentrated efforts for improving my performance and can achieve desired
target.
