PART A
As the role of driver of Hermes which deal in high clothing brand company, the
situation is arises through using the Driscoll model of reflection. In this model, the first
perspective is raised through what are the situation which faced consequences in
respect of interpreting the effective communication. As Hermes is engaged with high
quality products, thus I feel afraid in communication with my supervisor regarding the
issue which I faced at the time of delivering the order to customer ( Reflective Essay
Using Driscoll's Reflective Framework, 2016). At the time of attaining my work, I
examined that it takes lot of time to reach to particular place thus, I feel that I lack in
communicating with customer regarding examined their address. That time I feel that I
had to spend lot of earning in respect of communicating to customer on delivering their
order or also interacting them to attain the exact address through which I can deliver
their orders. The key aspects which I found in respect of not effective communication is
resulting to not managing my time accurately (Pezzola, Mancuso and Karban, 2017). As
at the time of delivery every person had their own priority to attaining the call and also
sometimes busy at their work which results in not picking up the call. This resulting in
adapting lot of time in delivering the orders to the customer. The role of communication
which I realised at the time of meeting the customer is that when they raise queries
regarding the products availability and also other information regarding returning the
products. In such case, I realised that I had to enhanced my communication skills
through learning more about the products which I am delivering so that I can effectively
communicate with the customer regarding their products delivery.
The another stage which reflect the so what stage as in this stage the trouble
which I realised that due to lack of communication is that I find it very tough to
communicate with people regarding their exact location as every person had different
way of speaking and commuting with other. Thus, it resulting in facing issue to reach to
exact address and deliver the orders. The time which I had to communicate with my
superiors regarding presenting the day to day activities I feel like I am less expressive in
presenting my thoughts and ideas to superiors. I face issue in driving the van with high
quantity products which resulting in always bring at stress that whether any product are
damage or not (Menon and Prathap, 2016). Thus, I feel depressed to present my

reviews regarding giving less bulk so that I can timely provide delivery to customer with
safely order of their packages. The main things through which I am happy with my work
so that I feel different from other in respect of attaining the work. As other person
attaining the task as per the order instructed by their superior and also not provide
effective services through not using their own ideas and thoughts at the time of
communicating with customers.
The last stage is relating to now what which represents that to improve
performance in Hermes resulting in communication effectively with the superiors
regarding the security of the orders. As their are various aspects through which the
chances of the damage of the accessories occurs, thus they had to packed the order
with high quality covers. Through this aspects, customer are happy with the packing and
also they provide the company with good rating. This helps company to enhances their
business at large scale and also by this procedure I also feel to be the part of the
company (Sun and et.al., 2018). I realised that to retain and work accurately,
communicate properly with clients before reaching to that place so that if they are not at
home, time coordination will be done and than accordingly the packet is to be delivered.
Through this procedure I examined that I can save more cost and also the company
which is paying the transportation expenses, I can use it for my personal benefits.
Through this procedure, I can earn more by working through smart procedure. If the
situation which I faced is reflected again and again regarding reaching to customer and
that customer is not available, in such case I initiate the back up plan regarding taking
the customer office address and reach to that place only. So that it results in saving time
and also the orders is to be safely delivery (Mohamed, 2015).
PART B
From the above discussion which I held at the time of delivering the orders, the
best things I realised is that to share the experiences and thoughts freely to superiors.
This resulting in getting proper facilities from the superiors and also they appreciate with
their thoughts and ideas. The major things which I realised that communication is must
in context of delivering services as every person had their own priority and also it is not
necessary that they available at home at particular hours. In such case before reaching
to that place, communication with client regarding their availability. Through this

procedure, it helps me in saving cost regarding transportation and also I manage my
time effectively. In respective of improving the individual performances, I feel that I had
improved a lot as before I feel depressed in communicating to customer and also
solving their issue regarding the products. But I realised that I feel motivated to
communicate freely with all the clients and also share information about their product
availability before reacting to them. This results in gaining lot of advantages and also my
behaviour is improved As I calmly handle my issue which is faced at the time of
communicating with clients which not answering in right way. Thus, from my overall
experiences, I gather lot of things at the time of communicating with customer and also
learning from my experience which I faced at the time of delivering the products and
services. In such manner, I experiences a lot and will implement such learning to give
more better results in my job.
