tends to focus on the weaknesses in terms of improving them. Hence, various skills are required
in terms of becoming an skilled and effective learner which are discussed as: Reflection: It is considered as the effective checking out process that leads to respond the
effective expression considering the suitable and prominent content which is
communicated. For this, as a listener I need to respond for the each and every prominent
activity by considering my own words. In relation with this, to have this skills it is
essential that speaker must understand their effective representation. For this, I need to
effective understand the verbal message and reflecting for the speaker which is essential
in terms of considering the effective emotions and helps in developing suitable
understanding for others. Academic writing: As a learner this, skill is important in terms of having prominent
audience speak for the other language and for this, clarity is essential. Most of the

learner, I must have this skill in terms of having achieving success and growth for my

gain something. For this, I need to effective observe the effective personality of

there are various approaches and methods which can be used by me in an effective manner.

understanding regarding various problems and also tends to resolve them considering various
issues in prominent way (Griffin, 2018). Along with this, I also need to identify the essential root
cause regarding the arrival of problems and after that find prominent solutions considering the
issues. Moreover, with the help of updated and advanced technology is useful in terms of dealing
with prominent challenges that occur for me.
Away with this, I also need to consult with my supervisors and mentors an the basis of
working conditions undertaking the prominent guidelines which are useful for me to solve
critical issues and also helps me in developing significant images in front of mentors. Learning
considering the study skills including time management, communication, problem solving and so
on is useful for me in dealing with various problems by fulfilling the significant expectations of
mentors and teachers at the time of course.
Along with this, it is also important for me to become an effective student by putting
emphasis on significant skills in which I am not able to perform. It can be improved by attending
various sessions, seminars and considering active listening (Howard and et. al., 2018). I need to
enhance my technical understanding in an effective way in terms of improving understanding
and implementing essential task in an effective manner. Proper development and improvement

considering the discussed skills are helpful to being prominent and also useful in terms of
accomplishing significant opportunities to make my future more sustainable.
It is also analysed that significant competition tends to prevail in market which is
important for my job to overcome from various problems. It is also identified that if learners
have essential skills and knowledge undertaking various competencies tend to impact the image
of university and career of students as well. Self development is useful to gain prominent
information considering the mission and vision that leads to develop strengths and helps in
overcoming from weaknesses.

terms of improving the significant success and growth. Moreover, preparing for the success is
helpful to gain suitable vision considering several factors that are developed in terms of attaining
