Introduction
The study reflects my experience of the entire life cycle of the course study depicting how it
enhanced my latent skills. The courses study helped me to enhance my reading skills with the
help of the SQ3R model to help me gain a more enhanced and efficiently skills of reading.
The study also evaluates how my overall body language, eye contact, and overall
interpersonal skills were enhanced. The study also guided me to evaluate a group dynamics
and enhance my conflict resolution skills to delivery efficient output. The study with the help
of theories like that of Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle and Belbin’s Self-Perception
Inventory has helped describe my overall experience and learning through the course study.

The course study has helped me and my fiends gain relevant knowledge and skills to enhance
our employability skills for the future. The essay with the help of the Kolb’s Experiential
Learning Cycle focuses to explain my overall experience of the course study (Smith, 2016).
The model incorporates the process of experience, reviewing, concluding, and planning. The
courses study focuses to enhance primarily our reading skills, which could enhance our
writing skills. The most important to present a good writing report is by planning what is to
be written, how it is to be written, why it is to be written. The process helps to understand the
overall objective of the report and it is achievable. However, before this is very important to
read the relevant information to create a concrete plan to the process.
The study taught us the SQ3R method of reading which exponentially enhanced our skills in
the sphere. The SQ3R method compromises of the process of Surveying the data and
information, Questioning the authenticity and reliability of the data and information, Reading
the information thoroughly, Reciting the overall crucial aspects of the information, and
Reviewing the overall process (Srivastava, 2018). In accordance to the Kolb’s model, the
process had enhanced our skills to develop our reading and writing skills to enhance our
future employability prospects. The same gave me an enriching experience for the overall
course study.
The study also focused to enhance our group work dynamic by enhancing our knowledge of
the groups functioning and structure. The study with the help of Belbin’s Self-Perception
Inventory has helped me understand the group dynamics and conflict resolution process. The
theory focuses to evaluate how a team of individuals will function as a group. The theory
identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the individuals and develops an average
performance metrics of the overall team. The study also helped us to evaluate the different
process of identify the rise of conflict and suppress the same as soon as it starts. The different
process of conflict resolution taught us to Set Ground rules to avoid conflicts from arising.
The second point was to identify destructive conflict as soon as possible to avoid disruption
of the overall project.
The third point was to get the whole story and take corrective action. The fourth point was
discussed the perceptive of both the parties to devise a compromise resolution keeping in
mind the organisational goal (Zelizer, C., 2018). The process helped me to develop the skills
