INTRODUCTION
Learning is a continuous process that involves understanding of new knowledge, skills
and behaviours for growth and success in professional and personal career. There are numerous
skills such as communication, interpersonal, decision-making and creativity skill needs to be
present in individuals so that it can easily complete the task. This report is based on my reflection
from the module that explained about the key skills that I have developed or learned that will
help in me in future circumstances. Moreover, it has highlighted information related to my
behaviour, performance and experienced while pursing my education or employment.
MAIN BODY
Academic skills is made of core skills likewise presentation, academic and referencing
skills that helps students in better study. On the other hand professional skills helps individuals in
completing numerous task within organisation so that end objectives can be achieved in the best
possible manner. The module has helped me in understanding and analysing key strength of
myself and the way I can make use of it in future circumstances. Likewise, through the module I
get to know that creativity is one of the strength of myself as by making use of I can do thing in
more better and innovative manner. Furthermore, I have understood that I have high
determination and dedication towards learning that helps me in easily grasping new things that
are necessary for my bright future ahead (Sallee, 2019). At the same time the module also helps
me in understanding areas that I need to improved for better outcome. Such as I have learnt that I
am unable to take quick and appropriate decision that can yield maximum benefits which can
acts as barrier in my future professional. Moreover, I does not have much capabilities to resolve
problem as in the module I was finding difficulty in understand the way particular situation can
be solved. There are some more challenges that I have faced as a learner likewise I was unable to
effectively communication with employees. So, I have decided to improve the same as
communication is most important skills that helps in sharing of information therefore the another
individual can easily understand and interpret.
As per my point of view, during the module there are numerous things that I have gained
such as knowledge about the way I can build my own business in order to earn high profitability.
So, I am able to plan strategies or key action that I could be fruitful in operation of business.
There are another things which I have learn during the module about myself that I am very
ambitious towards my goals. As I have continuously and dedicatedly put efforts to learn new and

new things so that I can gain higher success in my both professional and personal career (Credit,
2019). My strong desired and determination to succeed has aspired me to make the best use of
my capabilities and skills for better results. Such as despite difficult moment in my life that is my
father has past away when I was 19 years old. When I was just going to university where I will
require huge amount of finance in order to complete my graduation to get educate and better job
in future circumstances. I have being more dedicated towards my task and activities. So, my
mother was unable to provide financial support therefore it was an motivating factors that has
inspired me to learn more things (Avram, Burtaverde and Zanfirescu, 2019). So, I have put
better efforts in order to develop new skills such as communication, decision-making, problem
solving and digital skills. Therefore it can be interpreted that overall the module has helped me in
learning various new things that can be helpful in my academic as well as professional career.
Moreover, I have done job for different roles in retail industry during the module so that I can get
necessary knowledge and experienced about the way particular task can be completed. The work
experienced has also helped me in learning more skills like I am able to developed the way I can
communicate with others and work in team for particular outcome.
During the 3 weeks I have learned about business power point and crucial information
related to Swot analysis that is strength, weakness, opportunities and threat. Through this model I
get to know the way I can make use of strength in order to take advantage of opportunities for
expansion of business. Therefore, I want to reflect that through this module I expect to get better
knowledge related to business and marketing so that I can start my dream business of flower
shop in near future (Hamman, 2021). As knowledge about marketing contribute me in preparing
strategies that I can use to attract and retained maximum customers in order to enjoy higher
profitability and revenue.
There are certain approaches that I will use in order to overcome future challenges and
achieve expectancy of university course so that I can get employment in well-known
organisation. For example: I have identified that I will encounter obstacle related to
communication skills in future circumstances as I unable to exchange information in similar
manner. So in order to overcome the challenges I have decided to learn from my superior about
the formal way to communicate with some so that it can easily understand. At the same time for
achievement of my expectancy to start a business I have planned that I will gain knowledge
related to the way business can be operated (Story, 2021). Moreover, I will learn new, new things

as well as approached to influence customers to be part of organisation so that I can earn more
revenue by meeting their expectation.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that all these were crucial information related
to my performance, behaviours and experienced in employment as well as in education.
Moreover, I lack communication skills as I was not able to share my view, ideas and feeling with
others that created barriers in my future career growth. So, it can be stated that my making use of
planned strategies I would be able to achieve my expectancy and overcome obstacle for bright
future.
