(2018). It provides easier access to Australian and they can improve their health by receiving
qualitative healthcare services. This reflective essay is based on Mr. Jackson who is diabetic
patient and has high BP problem. He does not exercise and smokes and it is the main key reason
of his problem. In this reflective essay, I am going to discuss effectiveness of Australian
healthcare system by asking questions from Mr. Jackson, who has had contact with Australian
healthcare system. It will discuss reasons of focusing on reflective process in healthcare system
as how it can help us out in improving decision-making process.

regard to this study, I can say that reflective engagement of Mr. Jackson who has had contact
with Australian healthcare system, helped me out in knowing nursing standards, policies and
effectiveness of Medicare and healthcare system.
There are number of data published on internet but I believe that primary data by
conducting questionnaire and engaging people in reflective process can be better. We can get
accurate information by knowing experience of person to whom we have engaged in reflective
process. This reflective practice in healthcare system helps healthcare providers and nurses in
knowing their capabilities, weaknesses and job roles Mantzourani & et.al. (2019).
On the basis of results and data, they can perform their roles in a better manner. Other
main reason of considering reflective process in healthcare and nursing is to gain insight about
whole practice by knowing experience of participants. Reflection helps us out to continually
improve the way we work as well as the quality of care we give to people in healthcare system.
