Higher education is a path to success as it connects with number of benefits that involves
career and financial security. This report is based on the orientation of success in higher

COVID 19 impact highly on hospitality business as due to this people are not getting the services
and they avoid to travel due to which many hotel face loss. To enhance career in these field, this

Reflect and explain the impacts of COVID-19 on the Hospitality, travel and leisure
COVID 19 is a worst attack on the world that impact several business organisation in
negative manner. Due to this pandemic attack mainly hospitality, leisure and travel sector
impacted (Marinos Raitsevits, 2021). The impact of COVID 19 impact negatively on the
hospitality, travel and leisure sector because due to pandemic economy of country is slow down
due to which many people are jobless that impact sales of hospitality and travel industry.
Therefore, at the time of COVID 19 people also avoid to travel in different cities and areas due
to which travel company profitability is affected in negative manner. Hospitality sector follow
several measures related to reducing the impact of COVID 19 due to this they charge high
amount from customers that why they does not enjoy the services of these sector because of low
purchasing power due to unemployment raise in country (Kreutzer and et. al., 2021). Due to
COVID 19 many small hospitality sector organisation are bind up as they does not have enough
funds to sustain in market with full protection. Therefore, not follow the proper precautions

travel and hospitality sector does not attracts customers that generate the situation of loss.
However, due to massive fall in the international demand amid travel restrictions such as many
borders are fully closed due to virus that affects travellers confidence in negative manner
(McPhee and Blom, 2020). Based on current trends international arrivals are declined because of
this international tourism returned to past 30 years ago where travel and hospitality sector not in
much trends. Contact intensive services of hospitality and travel and leisure company are highly
negatively affected by pandemic because people want safe journey where they does not come in
contact with stranger (Belarmino, Ozdemir and Dogru, 2021).

There are various usage of formative feedback in a student career as it helps in improving
the summative assessment effectively and efficiently.

management it is crucial that faculty expect the good manner from students side so that decorum

ideas and activities to others that they learn from their peer (Goutzamanis and et. al., 2021).
