Human resources refer to one of the most important asset which is seemed to be transformed
along with technology within its field. Conventionally, it is outlook as a paper- concentrated,
inventive area, a sector where salary assessment and employees are appointed and fired up.
During my training period I learned to incorporate human resources in accordance with need of
hour. I experienced several human resource management system proposals and excelled my
knowledge in same through applying them on continue basis. Through this I have learned how to
use the latest technology, as it allows us to execute existing ability and project management
procedure more effectively. Further, I learned how to communicate effectively with staff and
extract information from store files. The same assisted in scrutinizing their performance and
work in improved manner. Effective communication is a two way communication among two or
more than two persons wherein the intended message is fruitfully delivered, received and also
understood (Schäfer, 2016). It is very important for each organisation to assure that
communication system within its management is efficient enough that information is understood
in required manner.
The immense of the technology evolution is going to incorporate with human resource
management platforms. Various other technologies like mobile technology, cloud computing,
social media are significantly utilized with HR sector. With application of technology utilization
of human resources can be done with effective and efficient manner (Treven, 2017). Moreover,

allocation of resources has been proven through experience of various organizations.
